The drinks were horrible! Something is wrong with the ice machine. Never again. I staff was amazing, but omg, the drinks, definitely something wrong with the ice machine. The ice smelt like a dirty toilet, not trying to be mean but honestly, never again.

Absolutely the worst tasting fountain drink I've ever had at any fast food place.!! The water/ice makes it undrinkable at this location unless you like freezer burnt ice or taste of mold. I'll never stop here again.

Ft long Chilli cheese coney sucked. No 2 burger is burnt ordered tots but got fries. No 3 soggy buns burger is eewww. Fries are over done and cold. The strawberry cheesecake shake is the best thing
For all y’all other sonics out there that don’t know how to make a Oreo blast with extra Oreo, u need to let these guys teach u. I took pics of 3 different ones one 3 different times, one in the morning 2 in the evening. EXACTLY the same every single time.

The servers are always polite, but here lately the past few times that I've been the food has been awful. I mean cold and seems like it's old. Even if I special order something that I know, they have to make right then and there, it still comes out awful and y'all need some help with the French fries. A lot of opportunities here to get it together.

Chicken tenders were burnt. I ordered onion rings and didn't get them. Get home, try to call and they won't answer the phone. Then, I had drive back to even speak with someone. This is not the first time they messed up my order. I don't recommend the Carthage Sonic at all!! I gave a $6.67 tip and it is the last tip I will give.
