If there was an option for half a star I would leave it! The wait time for someone to take your order and then deliver your food is ridiculous! Two drinks and brings us one straw then when we get our food they shorted us one of our items. Tried to tell them on the intercom they shorted us then they tried to charge us and so we have to push the button to tell them again they shorted us. I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get the item they shorted us only for it to be the wrong item so here goes the wait again to get the right item. Then I get the little end piece of bread on my toaster sandwich. I won’t be back.

Showed up on a Wednesday at 11am for lunch. Ordered corn dogs and a few other items. Corn dogs were just warm, but didn't look fresh. The end tips were crunchy looking. The corn dogs had what looked like wrinkles/creases in them. Almost as if they had been refrigerated and later reheated to be served. Took a bite of the first one, spat it out. Took a bite of the second one and spat it out. Just didn't feel like rolling the dice on getting food poison. There's NO WAY these were freshly cooked within the past hour. Left me wondering if it was food left over from the night shift being recycled. Threw the bag of food out the window and left. $20 wasted. Went to Walmart and bought lunch there. This isn't the first or third time I've seen this here. Paying premium price for food, I expect it to be fresh. Definitely won't be returning. I hear the Lafayette Sonic is always a good experience. Why can't Carthage get it together?

Traveled all day and stopped for a quick bite. Order 3 meals and all theee were wrong. Our two garlic bacon burgers came as normal bacon cheeseburgers, my husbands foot long was cold in the middle and the bun was hard as a rock. Fries/tots AND onion rings were stale. DO NOT STOP HERE. If it weren’t 20 minutes from our hotel we’d be driving back for a full refund. 0/10, do better.

I also come here and order on my phone, because it's a lot easier to order what I want. I have to say, this location is excellent. I'll have my food ordered, and I'll be sitting there for about 5 mintues, and my food is out and ready. They do a pretty good job here, unlike the location in Lebanon off by the Square, over on West Main Street. Don't go to the one on West Main Street in Lebanon. This one here in Carthage next to Walmart is awesome. The only thing I don't like are the higher prices here, compared to going to McDonald's on off of Highway 25, but that's nothing to worry about.

Ordered 29$ worth of food the fries were so hard couldn’t give them to my toddler asked if they would remake it they said sure never brought it out so we ended up just leaving then the drinks tasted like water

Craving a chili cheese coney and it did not disappoint!
Quick and friendly car hops. Food was good. Several of the call boxes were non functioning. Suggest they hang signs on them as people get upset having to pull in and out in a few before getting one that works.
