We stopped by on a drive between Nashville and Knoxville. Food was tasty…my husband had the fried chicken, my older daughter had steak, my younger daughter had the kids shrimp, and I had the fried catfish. Side salads were nice and crisp with plenty of veggies. All the food was piping hot. Kids shrimp only had 3 shrimp, so a little small, but with sides was filling enough for my petite 10 year old. Finished off with cream pie. Very nice. Service was friendly and attentive.
My lady and I stopped in today for lunch and we’re warmly greeted and quickly seated by the friendly and efficient staff. The menu is varied enough to afford all a choice to their liking. My lady choose a fried chicken salad which she said was delicious l, but wanted the lettuce a bit more chopped. For myself the county fried steak with baked potato and fried okra was just the ticket.
