I love that they have southern home cooked meals as well as Mexican dishes. Everything I have ever ordered has been nothing but amazing!
They are very respectful and always have the food out really quickly
Rojas Kitchen is the best restaurant in Carthage! They offer a variety of foods and not the same as the few other restaurants in the area. The food is always fresh. I recently had the grilled trout and it was spot-on! The catfish and frog legs are delicious! Can't forget about the friendly staff! Rojas is our go to for all good meals.
