After waiting exactly 44 mins for my food they said my card didn't go through so they run it inside, come to find out I didn't get what I ordered, afterwaiting another 10mins I guess I'm just out 14 bucks. Finally got passed and left

I wasn't to happy with my visit this time due to the fact that it cost me $37 for two blast, one milk shake, one order of chili cheese tots and a large fri. Why have their prices skyrocketed? It's insane that it cost $37 for what I got.
Sorry guys but we were disappointed this time. Our food was cold and my burger had so much mustard on it , that was all I could taste.

We paid 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich and it was small, cold, and looked black. My husband still ate it because he was hungry, then didn't feel good for a whole day. Will never go back!

literally the worst sonic in tennessee honestly. ive lived in carthage my whole life and literally EVERY time I get something from there it looks/taste/ or is OBVIOUSLY OLD reheated food. They dont want to make someone fresh food so they just make big batches and use it until its gone. its nasty. and any time i call they never seem to fix the problem. ive wasted over $100 at carthage sonic. only thing i dont have a complaint about is the ice cream… atleast there machines not always broke…..

They can't get orders right they keep leaving everyone's food out & u have to make several trips back & fourth 2 them & it's really really old. I do door dash & I spend more time going back 2 get ppls food b/c it's missing or they find hair all in it. Id suggest eating somewhere

Ordered a root beer float! Nearly 5 dollars for a med sized one. Good but not sure it was worth that steep price. Definitely a splurge item that won't happen very often!
