Stopped and stayed at a local hotel while traveling home. Saw Jacks by chance and glad we did! Joe was awesome and the 2 man band was fun. Sandwiches were good and the beer was cold. Will stop if in the area again!

Today my cousin and I went to Jack's. We had heard it was worth the time to go. Well... That was an understatement beyond reason. Our food was DIVINE! The speed was super timely. The atmosphere was very relaxing and home'esq. We truly enjoyed every aspect about the place. The freshness of the food was spot on! Every aspect was prepared right in front of us and handled with the utmost care. I was most certainly return. Easily the best thing off the exit, and surrounding areas.

This is off the beaten path and blink and you will miss it but oh my is the food incredible. Burger was perfectly seasoned Mac and cheese is homemade and smoked bologna is well no bologna ?

Just had my first visit and it will not be my last. Got a burger and fries to go and that was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat had the best flavor and everything about the sandwich was excellent! Can't believe I waited so long to stop in. Highly recommend.

Great little hole in the wall bar with small beer selection and a smaller menu but good food and talented live entertainment. I was a little disappointed when the cheese curds turned out to be cheese sticks, but the steak quesadilla made up for it.Place is filled that locals on Sunday night that clearly know each other, and it's exactly the atmosphere this Yankee is looking for on his way through town.
Pricing was good. Rib tips were dried out but edible.

Bruce and Ciera are both awesome!! Thank you both for the amazing service, amazing food and an overall awesome atmosphere! I can’t wait until next time we are back I. Town to visit. We also had the pleasure of being there while Will Shepard was playing and he was amazing with filling song requests and finding ways to do some with a hilarious twist! Our group had an awesome time. Thank you all for being the kind of people that make us want to come back again!!I slacked on taking pictures, so here’s my beer.Vegetarian options: Asked for an all veggie quesadilla and Bruce hooked it up. Best food we had all week in town (rest of the group is not vegetarian).

We were absolutely blown away by this place. Every time we've driven up and down 75 and we see the big dragon, we never knew it was so close to this amazing little dining establishment. It was Labor Day Monday, and we were coming back from a family trip to Gatlinburg. We were so happy to find this place was open. The food is no fine-dining, it's pretty simple, but it was near perfection for what we were looking for. We each got a different sandwich and they were all amazing. We all were absolutely raving about the fries. They were cut in a unique way I hadn't seen before, where they were little slats. Not dry-shaped, not wedges, but slats. They enabled the perfect combination of crunch and tenderness The locale is very unpretentious in the best way. I wouldn't mind living in this area and being a local here. Seems like they regularly have live music and other cool events. The singular gripe we had is that it took a very long time to get our food. But that's our own fault for coming on Labor Day Monday. Otherwise, the lone man running the place was delightful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I cannot wait to come back!
