“This place is excellent. We got the pulled pork platter. One with baked beans and coleslaw another with the beans and potato salad. It was all good and very generous servings at a very reasonable price. Service was fast and friendly. We are camping at Cove Lake State Park so this was convenient. We ordered carryout and will be back again when we are here next time.”

“Have eaten here many times when passing through the area and never disappointed. Fast service, good country cooking and unbeatable prices. This trip I had the daily special which was baked ham with two sides (for me, great northern beans and fried apples) and two slices of fried cornbread. All for $8.99! If you like good country cooking and southern hospitality, check out the Golden Girls.”

“Good food. A little tight to turn around but well worth the walk if you don’t want to drive up there. Yes they sign is high enough to drive under with a 13’6.I will be coming back. I just wish he was open later. We need food at night after everything else has closed. That’s where the money is. There’s no competition.”

“Exactly what us SXSer’s needed!! Come in from a long day on the trails and stop at the Blind Frog Cafe for a hot delicious meal before heading back to camp. Wings are huge, pizza was delicious and service was super fast and amazing. They serve beer and seltzers in cans. We enjoyed it so much we went two times in one weekend! Everything we ate was great. If you are not coming in off the trails please note they do their best to keep the dining room as clean as possible but the riders come in very dirty, I promise it’s worth overlooking the endless dirt on the floor despite their attempts at cleaning frequently!!!”

It's the best place in Campbell County for deserts; the menu is greatly varied, and the value for the money is spot on (seriously, a "small" cone here is a large elsewhere - just go try it!). “Glad to see a local donut shop hanging in there in the LaFollette/Jacksboro area. The selection was really good; all the varieties we picked were fresh. I'd not recommend the house coffee unless you're good with standard pot coffee with no frills (it's OK for me, but not for those I got some for, ha). +1 staff and service+1 food and drink (smoothie was good, coffee was OK)+1 location and parking+1 donut variety-1 cleanliness - in front of the counter was good; a couple spots i observed in the back needed some care. Will be back in hopes of continuing to support this local business!”

“The only place in the area that has white pizza, and it's delicious! Huge calzones as well, and decently priced. The dessert choices are so amazing it is always hard to decide lol. Anytime I'm in Clinton during lunch time I always stop in for a personal pizza.”

“They do an amazing job! The taste and presentation is out of this world! Not just the cakes, everything that comes out of her door! I just recently finished her cake decoration class, it was fun and I loved every second of it. Needless to say I am not a good student with anything crafty. She took time away from her family to teach her skills. She will never lose me as a customer or friend! What her and her employees offer is so much more than making cakes and selling them. After taking her class, and buying everything needed to make a cake, and icing makes me appreciate her and the team so much more!!!! Sorry for writing paragraph!”

“So about 2 months ago I started eating it at this particular Firehouse pretty much every night and the food is always great and I do have to say that the service is even better the guys are always extremely friendly and they all know me by name and usually before I even get to the register they're already typing in my order because they know what I usually do again the service is impeccable really great friendly guys”

“We were in town for a basketball tourney and found this place. The prices were very reasonable and the food quality was excellent. I had the Southwestern Chicken salad. It was very fresh and very tasty. The jalapeno ranch dressing had the perfect amount of heat for me. My daughter had the a chicken and rice dish with questions. She loved it. Grandaughter had the child's cheeseburger and ate all of it. Service was quick and the server very friendly and helpful. Will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.”

“Me and some friends visited your restaurant 2 times while we were in Tennessee last week! Our friends went the first time and said how great the food and the service was so we decided to go back. Me have food allergies does make it extremely hard. I told the waitress I was going to be the hard one and I was. There was nothing I could eat other than a salad because of cross contamination on the grill! Our waitress went above and beyond to find something even though it wasn’t on the menu.She knew how upset I was and wanted me to eat something. My salad was delicious but not what I wanted. I appreciated her suggestions and her will to make it right! We talked about getting a separate sauté pan just for celiac or gluten sensitive guest! She told me she was going to suggest it.
