“My Wife and I had been wanting to try Fox's Diner for a while and today we was in the area and we stopped and I am sooo glad that we did.I had the catfish dinner and I don't have one bad thing to say about it. The fish was thick and cooked to perfection, the dish came with crinkle cut fries, cole slaw and hush puppies. The sides was just as good as the fish too ! My Wife had the 6 pc. chicken tenders plate and it came with crinkle cut fries also. The pieces of chicken was big and juicey and she could not finish her meal so she got a to-go box for her things.Now to the wait staff, We had a young man waiting on us and he had to be the most polite and professional young man that I have seen in a long time and I later found out the he was the owners son. Mom and Pop should be proud of their son and their business because me and my wife will be returning. Fox's Diner is a family owned restaurant with a comfortable feeling about it and our opinion of this Diner is very high and we will enjoy food with them again. I will rate this visit as 5 star experience.”

“First time at this diner and it was very pleasant. Not what we expected. Being called vols diner we thought tvs would be on sports and music playing. Nope. The atmosphere is actually what you would expect at any roadside diner...sounds of dishes being carried back and forth to the tables and conversation. We both ordered the vols burger with fries and it was so amazing! Very friendly people. We will go back.”

“Amended review. While wait staff was excellent our waitress was awesome she is like no bill and we are so sorry. The food left something to be desired. It was disgusting posting a picture of the big nasty hair in my dumplings! I know it wasn't mine as I have Bright red hair. This hair was black, be warned looking at the picture if you have a weak stomach will make you puke! I saw it looked across the table my mom panicked she said," it isn't a hair is it?" She knew by the look on my face that yes in fact it was a big old greasy hair. Laws help me I was so disgusted I could have puked up my toenails. The windows were filthy in fact mom said, "they need to get a local company to clean the windows." She cracks me up. Anywho unless you ask for a side of hair, look at your food thoroughly and the kitchen crew need to clean up their act. It was MCNASTY! It's sad Cracker Barrel used to be my most fave place to eat. I have been so disappointed in them recently. @CrackerBarrel do better!Update: The store manager got in touch with me apologized, and offered two free meals. That was kind! I appreciate it. I am thankful his staff were so kind. So will I go again yes! If you show me kindness I will show you kindness. So for the staff I would give a hundred stars.”

“We stopped by on motorcycles after being told by a couple of locals to come here! The owner was very nice and the beer was cold! The atmosphere is relaxing and just a good place with friendly people! Definitely recommend for a drink and a good time with friends!”

“When Subway is done right, no one is better...BUTThe recent decision to install the stainless steel cover for the meats and cheeses is a SERIOUS miscalculation and gives the impression Subway is trying to hide their meats and cheeses while their competitors are showing theirs”

“The only problem the one in lake city the hot n ready pizza are thicker fresher and way better than the one in Clinton don't know why but it always is the one in Clinton is like paper thin with over sauced and the one in rocky top the people are most the time great there was only one cook that was rude and loud all cause there was a lot of orders which is a good thing for business but he was slamming stuff down to the point my ears hurt I had to go outside he did it with everything he touch but other than that very good people and the pizza way better and taste better than the one in Clinton so please learn from the one in rocky top and they are a newer store just a few yr old now but still the same way of cooking they not list that because the new ness ran out so great job”

“I normally avoid McDonald's because they consistently get my order wrong. However, we have had a snow storm and this was about the only place to get food while I was working in Rocky Top, TN. The service was fast, the employees were friendly, and they got my order correct. As far as the food, the Big Mac just wasn't as good as I remember. It seemed small. I'd return to this location. Maybe they should be paid to train some of the other stores on how to do things.”

“My husband and I attended the KSO event recently and really appreciated the bartending service before and during the intermission. Shana- the bartender- was fantastic. She was so kind and helpful, and I'm not a big wine drinker but she was able to recommend things based on what I told her. I will definitely be recommending her and E&K Bartending to anyone I know needing service in the future. Thank you Shana!”

“Their sweet tea is the fluid of the soul! I absolutely LOVED the deep fried zucchini and highly suggest it. I loved the down home atmosphere, and brought back strong memories shared with My Grandparents, Northern girl raised southern. The roast beef and gravy needed some salt and pepper, but I wasn't unsatisfied. I had to stop myself from taking a third sweet tea ! If you are driving through Clinton, be sure to stop here and nowhere else! The waitress was amazing, and I loved her character.”

“Stopped and stayed at a local hotel while traveling home. Saw Jacks by chance and glad we did! Joe was awesome and the 2 man band was fun. Sandwiches were good and the beer was cold. Will stop if in the area again!”

If you are visiting the Museum of Appalachia or the Norris area in general, this is a great place to have a meal. A nice laid back atmosphere that makes you glad you skipped the fast food joints over by the Interstate.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.”

“My family LOVES Mugs! It's the best place in Campbell County for deserts; the menu is greatly varied, and the value for the money is spot on (seriously, a "small" cone here is a large elsewhere - just go try it!). It's such a cool spot to hang out, too. The staff here are all the friendliest.My family recommends this place the highest that we can.”

“Local eatery! We found ourselves hungry in downtown Clinton. I had ate here in the early 2000s and it was awesome. As with anything sometimes changes occur…Food and service were ok. Pictured is the hamburger and hamburger steak. A little disappointed with sides included with hamburger steak. They were cold as well as the gravy. “Glad to see a local donut shop hanging in there in the LaFollette/Jacksboro area. The selection was really good; all the varieties we picked were fresh. I'd not recommend the house coffee unless you're good with standard pot coffee with no frills (it's OK for me, but not for those I got some for, ha). +1 staff and service+1 food and drink (smoothie was good, coffee was OK)+1 location and parking+1 donut variety-1 cleanliness - in front of the counter was good; a couple spots i observed in the back needed some care. Will be back in hopes of continuing to support this local business!”

“This is an alright hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Has your typical Mexican cuisine. I stopped in and had the All you can eat lunch for $7.99.It's $9.99 for dinner but still a bargain. You get one burrito,one enchilada, one taco and a serving of rice and beans and chips and salsa,drink is $ 2.25 or water free. The plus is you can have as much as you want in any combination of said items. You can have it smothered in white cheese sauce for a one time fee of just 99 cents which was well worth it. the rice could have been better but everything else was good. I would highly recommend just to stop in and try the all you can eat as for other menu items I have not tried so I cannot review.”

“They do an amazing job! The taste and presentation is out of this world! Not just the cakes, everything that comes out of her door! I just recently finished her cake decoration class, it was fun and I loved every second of it. Needless to say I am not a good student with anything crafty. She took time away from her family to teach her skills. She will never lose me as a customer or friend! What her and her employees offer is so much more than making cakes and selling them. After taking her class, and buying everything needed to make a cake, and icing makes me appreciate her and the team so much more!!!! Sorry for writing paragraph!”

“The only place in the area that has white pizza, and it's delicious! Huge calzones as well, and decently priced. The dessert choices are so amazing it is always hard to decide lol. Anytime I'm in Clinton during lunch time I always stop in for a personal pizza.”

“So about 2 months ago I started eating it at this particular Firehouse pretty much every night and the food is always great and I do have to say that the service is even better the guys are always extremely friendly and they all know me by name and usually before I even get to the register they're already typing in my order because they know what I usually do again the service is impeccable really great friendly guys”

“We seemed to be seated at a table where all of the waitstaff had to walk around. Our server was excellent. I had the Habanero Fajitas. It was very good and more than I could eat. Atmosphere was typical for a Mexican restaurant. Restaurant was clean and busy.”

“Sweet P's snowball shack is a great place for shaved ice. It's in a convenient location, and the shaved ice is always good. They have too many flavors to name. They also offer ice cream and smoothies. We come here often!”

“It's kind of a whitewashed bar meaning it doesn't have that traditional bar feeling but the food is good and the people are good I'd highly recommend ”
