We got the $5 craving box and was unbelievably disappointed. This is just ridiculous. There was barely anything inside the chalupa and burritos. Worst I've ever gotten from Taco Bell and is nothing like what is advertised.

This restaurant is a combined KFC / Taco Bell. The staff are friendly and willing to work with customers. When an order is wrong at the speaker, they fix it at the window, and the food turns out perfect. The employees work as a team to crush a rush, and even when a drink is messed up, it is handled well. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure the next visit is superb. The food is fresh and hot, with quick service. Taco Bell is a favorite, and the $5.00 dollar box, the Chalupa box, is great; it comes with a drink, cinnamon twists, a Chalupa, a hard shell taco, and a huge beefy bean burrito. However, there are long wait times, sometimes 40 minutes, and customers complain. One side order of macncheese took 24 minutes and cost almost $6. Also, the franchise only allows 1 sauce cup per meal, no matter the size. If an order does not include strips, there is no sauce for chicken or fries.
