Two restaurants in one with same bill but two menus great
Employees weren’t the nicest and one lady came to ask for fork and employee just dropped it onto counter in front of her. Service was slow for orders to pickup.
It's actually not just a KFC but a Taco Bell as well. On top of that you order both from the same counter. If you're ever up Rocky Top TN way it's a good choice. Clean, polite, quick and most importantly the food was fresh and hot. I also like the fact you can order a burrito and Fries at the same time. I'll be back.

KFC offers clean, fast, and friendly service. The food is outstanding, with fresh chicken boxes that are amazing. The original recipe chicken is fried to crispy. They have protein bowls and veggie options. The service is top tier and amazing, making customers feel at home. Many staff members, including James, are polite and helpful, providing great recommendations. The location is extremely clean, with ample parking area for big trucks and RVs. Although there have been delays due to a shortage of staff, the delicious chicken makes up for it. However, some customers noted issues, such as missing breading on the livers and concerns about the bathroom stalls. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience remains positive.
