Two restaurants in one with same bill but two menus great
Employees weren’t the nicest and one lady came to ask for fork and employee just dropped it onto counter in front of her. Service was slow for orders to pickup.
Don't go here for fast food because it's never fast. I don't care if all you order is 1 item your going to get pulled over to a parking spot to wait. Occasionally is understandable but it's EVERY order EVERY TIME. It's almost quicker to drive to the Jacksboro/Lafollette location. Do better Rocky Top KFC our options here are already limited.

KFC offers clean, fast, and friendly service. The food is outstanding, with fresh chicken boxes that are amazing. The original recipe chicken is fried to crispy. They have protein bowls and veggie options. The service is top tier and amazing, making customers feel at home. Many staff members, including James, are polite and helpful, providing great recommendations. The location is extremely clean, with ample parking area for big trucks and RVs. Although there have been delays due to a shortage of staff, the delicious chicken makes up for it. However, some customers noted issues, such as missing breading on the livers and concerns about the bathroom stalls. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience remains positive.
