I normally avoid McDonald's because they consistently get my order wrong. However, we have had a snow storm and this was about the only place to get food while I was working in Rocky Top, TN. The service was fast, the employees were friendly, and they got my order correct. As far as the food, the Big Mac just wasn't as good as I remember. It seemed small. I'd return to this location. Maybe they should be paid to train some of the other stores on how to do things.

We stopped in on a road trip. I ordered a 40 spicy nuggets box and a basket of fries. When I requested hot fries, it hurt their feelings. It didn't matter because I got the oldest chicken nuggets they could find. Dry and barely edible. Just not happy. We ended up only eating 10 nuggets and throwing the rest away.
