Firstly, I'm from Texas originally and I've eaten Q all over the country. The biggest mistake most make is that smoke is a key ingredient and they couldn't be more wrong. The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact. Rickard Ridge not only realizes this fact but also parlays this brilliance with sides and appetizers that you'll yearn for. Not a fan of deep fried pickles but these folks have set the bar for deep fried perfection...
Place is wonderful. Food was amazing. Fried green tomatoes are a must have. Megan was our server and she was fantastic, she took such good care of us and knew the menu like the back of her hand. Will return for sure.
The food was delicious! I ordered the Catfish and my boyfriend ordered the Gulf Shrimp. Everything was to die for! The weather was amazing too, so we sat out on the porch, and got a great view of the lake. Service team was excellent too! Thank you so much for making our lunch date a great one! Been craving those fries every since :)
