Great place to come at midnight not many places to chill in this old town but I always felt comfortable here and knew all the staff however things kinda changed over time the service went down hill but I still go to waffle houses all over

How unexpected, considering my usual experience at places like Denny's and IHOP, both which leave me feeling gross, like I'm about to have a heart attack.
I my kids and I had never been to a Waffle House, being from Chicago. I tried a bit of everything and it was all delicious. It didn't taste greasy or like it was out of a can. The biscuits tasted home made, the gravy tasted like it was thickened with flour.
So good!
The chili was my favorite. Yes, it was Bert's canned chili, but they didn't claim any different and it was excellent. I'll be looking for it when we get back home.
The portions were just right and the service was excellent.

Well that was awesome.
How unexpected, considering my usual experience at places like Denny's and IHOP, both which leave me feeling gross, like I'm about to have a heart attack.
I my kids and I had never been to a Waffle House, being from Chicago. I tried a bit of everything and it was all delicious. It didn't taste greasy or like it was out of a can. The biscuits tasted home made, the gravy tasted like it was thickened with flour.

The chili was my favorite. Yes, it was Bert's canned chili, but they didn't claim any different and it was excellent. I'll be looking for it when we get back home.

Vegetarian options: There are alot of it filled with meats but you can also get hashbrowns, waffles, and more that have no meat, you can also make a request for no meat too.
Parking: It is in a odd shape but I had no problem parking at all
Kid-friendliness: They have a board filled with pictures of the kids in the community
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and ramps are in places that are needed, there are also plenty of tables that can be used for wheel chairs.
The servers were amazing. The staff all around were very polite and inviting and was a warm atmosphere overall. Bathrooms were clean. Tables were spotless. My food was cooked to perfection and exactly the way I would want it to be. I had the Texas bacon melt and easy over eggs and loaded hash browns and everything was just superb. The staff were all eager and very nice to me and we're great company to me while I ate my food alone. The cook did a fantastic job and I am well pleased with his skills. My server was a very nice gal as well. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STOP IF YOU'RE TRAVELING THROUGH.
