Subway is a clean and friendly restaurant with a perfect sub. The manager and staff are welcoming and informative. Vegetables look fresh, including crisp greens, and the restaurant offers vegetarian options along with a variety of meats. The new remodel has made the site look very nice. Sandwiches are made the way customers want, and the staff did a great job during the upgrade. However, some experiences have been less positive. One customer mentioned that using a debit card sometimes results in a mandatory tip of 15-25%, which was unexpected, so cash is recommended for future visits.

Service can vary; at times, the staff may not be very knowledgeable or caring. For example, one customer received a dry sandwich with very few olives and banana peppers, and the veggies were not as generous as requested. Additionally, there can be confusion when asking to cut the sandwich into 4ths, leading to frustration.
