This is the worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. The food is always bad, the service is always slow, and most of the employees are terribly unpleasant. I look forward to the day Chapel Hill gets enough options to shut this place down.
there was some confusion with what we ordered (breakfast burritos) this morning. manager on duty stepped in and handled it, professional and courteous. i appreciate her patience and kindness.
I stopped and ordered a large iced coffee and asked for a handful of sugar, I got one packet, so I asked for more she just brought me 2 more packets 🙄 no other Sonic I've ever been too has had to ration sugar at such an alarming rate I guess it's the new Toilet Paper of Covid ?? won't be back to the Chapel Hill Location.
