I can’t lie , I had much higher expectations. Ribs were tough and dry , the chicken was smoked for so long that the skin was super dry and tough and the meat itself was not enjoyable. Macaroni and was watery tasting and very bland. I don’t even know how to comment on the hash brown casserole. It has a funny taste. I’d say a 3.8/10

My sister, father and I stopped by here with our little dog to eat on the patio. I had high hopes this would be a hidden gem and hadn't read the reviews before coming - something I now regret. For starters, the food is pretty bad. Not all of it, but most of it. Dad and sis liked the bbq pork, and our little dog liked her hamburger patty (and she's pretty finicky!). But I didn't like my dry, completely unseasoned chicken. The green beans we got came out of can (no seasoning either) and the coleslaw was dry. My sister hated her side of potato salad, but I enjoyed the hash brown casserole, which is the only thing I could finish on my plate. The corn bread pancakes that came with our plates were dry, flavorless, and they gave us no butter or a knife for that matter. Everything was served on styrofoam plates that were brought out to us with not much joy. I had to bring all the condiments out myself and the patio table was covered in bird poo. Needless to say, we did not go back in to purchase the pecan pie for dessert that the lady said she made herself. In all, I spent $68 for these "meals" that we didn't finish. We won't be back.

What a great location with a home town vibe. We had ribs and BBQ Pork and both were delicious. We also had several sides including the Hash Brown Casserole and the sides were fresh and had great flavor. This place is owner operated and they are gracious hosts and very attentive to their customers. This was our first time there and it was like talking with old friends. The atmosphere reminds me of being at a friends house for dinner. Awesome experience!
