Excellent food, and a great staff. They operate at a level seen in much larger cities. The shrimp tagliatelle was exceptional. Their pasta is made in house, which you will find in most higher end Italian restaurants but that only gets you half credit if your staff is not skilled enough to cook it and the sauce is not made well. Alleia was able to execute and maximize the flavor of their pairings and I will certainly be back
Really lovely dinner! Ordered the bean bruschetta which was amazing, and the rigatoni with lamb ragu which was had a really nice umami flavor. Overall the dishes needed a little salt, but the waitress was accommodating and quickly brought some when we asked.
We also ordered coffee that ended up being pretty cold, but don’t really blame them as it was close to closing.
Overall would recommend going and would go again, really enjoyed it
