Don’t get me wrong, I love amigos. I’ve been going there since it opened! I recently moved off Signal Mountain down into red Bank and was super excited that Mondays were dollar taco night so on Mondays for the last two weeks I went and got dollar tacos and was able to bring them home, which was great while I was moving, but tonight I sent my boyfriend up there to grab the tacos and they wanted to charge him full price unless we ate inside the restaurant. We have no problem eating inside the restaurant on Mondays, but when they were asked if they would be willing to honor what they’ve done the last two weeks and then moving forward, we would be happy to come in on Monday night and eat, the manager said that he couldn’t do anything about it. When I was in my 20s, I worked restaurants and my boyfriend owned a restaurant for eight years so we both knew that it was a lie. I’m very disappointed because I love the food, but all it takes is a little bit of communication. If just for tonight, they honored what they honored the last two weeks we would’ve been willing to keep coming. Not saying we’re never going to come again because we come a lot, but right now after the day I’ve had and not having my dollar tacos and literally having to figure something else out last minute Was the icing on the cake of my day! Amigos I wish you would’ve done better tonight. Love your food, just didn’t love the way you handled things tonight.

I was so impressed by the service and food quality here! Both times I have been the servers have been friendly and happily discussed the dishes with us. The food is excellent, some of the best Mexican cuisine I have had in a while. It can be a little loud at night, but that's only because it's a smaller space. Also, very reasonably priced!!

Good food, but definitely take a sweater or jacket. My sister is usually hot natured, but she was freezing. We mentioned it, but nothing changed. We shivered through the whole meal.

First time stopping by and it was right at 11 am. I was disappointed in the food as the rice, while overly plentiful, was extremely dry as was the ground beef in my burrito. Service was spot on. They give a small discount for paying cash. I think I would give them another chance. Plenty of free parking.

They had the BEST and spiciest Pollo Picoso I’ve ever had, and I’ve been eating it from a few different places over the last seven years. The service was also great, the staff were very friendly and responsive, and the rest of the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be making this our new regular spot!

Kids meals are to expensive to not included drinks $8.99 to me is ridiculous. Amigos brings plenty of business that's why they have stayed opened for so long and have multiple locations. Went to check out wasn't told if use my card I would pay almost $3.00 more to my total. I worked restaurants for many years trust and believe they can afford to not charge every customer cc fee the company doesn't charge them that much I know because I have been management before so to me shame on Amigos for charging your customers when you can take care of that fee yourself
