Went for 2pm lunch. Good service. Good food. Ask for dressing on the side for ceasar salad. Too much dressing. Good dressing.

They need to fix their thing online that says it close at 12, but I called and they said they closed at 11.

The Néw manager at the Brainerd rd location is super nice and go far and beyond to make sure your food is right or will make it right

Great service

Service was terrible. I had to walk around to find an employee to be seated then again to order. The restaurant was dirty- dirty tables and floors on 2pm Saturday. Took an extremely long to get our food. Please hire more people

The fries had to much salt on them !

Driving through town on the way to some BBQ and passed this Applebees. We thought you can never go wrong with Applebees. Greeted right away and seated 4 adults and one child. 6:10PM on Sunday evening maybe 10 tables worth of people eating. 15 minutes later the waitress said I’ll be right with you while rolling her eyes and looking disappointed to see us. So we left and here we are. I’ll uber something from home.

Has to be my worst AppleBees experience ever!! The host first off sat my wife and I at a dirty table. Young girl wearing iPods while hosting, sure that’s not dress code. She was not very interested in her job. Food took forever to come out. We were first in the section and everyone elses food came out. On top of it taking a long time it was not satisfying. My boneless wings were warm, looked like they had been just sitting. Cheese sticks and water were good but the entree was gross!! I’ve never had a chicken Parmesan with Alfredo and marinara…disgusting. My fault because I didn’t see that on the menu. Manager checked on us, knew of our dissatisfaction and offered nothing to try to turn the situation around. This place gets 1 star in every area and if the continue to operate the way the do and the food, they will be boarded up like Popeyes across the street. If anyone cares from Applebee reads this I hope you all work hard to improve staff and food!
