Tough chewy bread difficult to pull apart wth fingers. A scant smear of sauce or Kraut on reuben. Worthless manager. I mean a joke. Don't order on App or they have been told you have to call corporate to get money back, even if wrong. Won't give you number for corporate because they don't have it, but you can look it up. No phone number online either. But you can fill out giant online form and survey and may get money back a week later(I did). But nobody will call or email or apologize like they really care. What a joke. Eating at home is easier anymore. Crappy food and service everywhere. That =crappy tips and no customers=no job.

Wait in the drive-through was roughly 22 minutes. Asked for honey mustard for the fries and received only one packet. Straw wrapper was soaked when handed to me, and disintegrated when I attempted to open it with various bits stuck to the straw.

Sit and waited in the drive-through for the longest and then they said they were waiting on the curly fries so I said just keep the curly fries and give me the regular fries. I get my food and it’s nothing but two sandwiches. I don’t know where you hire these people from, but you really need to look into it if they can’t take an order and serve food it’s pretty pathetic way to live life, and the manager was worse than the employee..
Ms.Nina was very kind, attentive, repeated our order back to us, asked if we needed sauces, everything was correct , hot, and food for thought! Happy ! 😁 Thank you kindly for the nice experience along with your smile. We appreciate you!
