The food was horrible,the Philly cheese steak looked like dog food,nothing like the pic, I was so dissapointed with the meal,the strawberry lemonade was nasty and unsweetened, I'm done, well never go there again!!

Only disappointment I had was the buffalo chicken sandwich was just basically a tiny chicken strip, reason I say that is when I opened the bun up the chicken only took up 20% of the bun , it was mostly hot sauce lettuce and bread. Guess I'm more at fault for trying chicken anything at a roast beef place.

Waiting in line for the workers to finish a convo, missed my order (carrying convo’s on mid-order) and corrected my order after I asked her to upgrade to a large.

As soon as we came through the door, there was an unpleasant oder. Normally, I would just leave, but we had a tight schedule. The person at the counter just stood there with a vacant look on her face. After three uncomfortable minutes, I asked the young woman what she was trying to do. She said that she needed to finger scan in to use the cash register. Understood, but I suggested that she try it with her rubber gloves removed. She said that it usually works after a while. The workers seemed oblivious to customers waiting at the counter, while they dumped the trash and chatted loudly about their personal lives. I know that they were servicing the drive-through, but it took over 20 minutes for us to get our modest order. Even though we were the first family to enter the dine in area. I will never waste my time on this establishment again.
