I placed a mobile order. I was there after the time it said, but I still had to wait. They are Extremely Slow! They didn't even know my name though I said it twice and even spelled it. Then I had to tell them my order. I asked for a water and the guy acted confused. I asked for ketchup and got the same confused look and he acted annoyed. I didn't get my soda either. The sandwiches were delicious and better than other Arby's but that was the only plus. There was a guy who was upset in front of me. He was complaining about speed too. Don't eat here if you're in a hurry because they can give snails a run for their money.
Had a hankering for some potato cakes. They were hot and fresh. Roast beef sandwich good also.

Great Arby's! The crew has some actual Employee Of The Month titles and the new management has really made sure things are done right. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable, I enjoy the Chive tv funny videos they show too. This is a great place to stop and power up, I love the Jamocha shakes too!
