It took the lady 3 tries to get my order. Then when I got my order it was all wrong. I could not eat the food they gave me it tasted awful. The ice tea was not sweet it was so bitter. It's bad when you have to go somewhere else to get food. After already paying for a meal. Check your order before you leave the drive thru.

Visiting from our of town on the way to the hotel stopped at this location and got some dinner. I have now spent my entire weekend at the hotel with sever food poisoning.

The morning order taker in the drive thru at this location has a major attitude problem. I would rather drive to the Brainerd Road location or Lee Highway location in Collegedale/Ooltewah than go here! And these locations are both completely of out of my way.

Went through drive-through yesterday after work was very busy, but was in the mood for an Arby's roast beef. A car in front of me pulled off in line when I got to the window I was greeted by a pleasant man Quentin that asked me what my order was, and I told him that the other gentleman had pulled off. He was working with him and one other person because everybody had called out he maintained his composure and his professionalism and that needs to be commended. It's so hard to find with people not wanting to work nowadays good help . Food was hot and fresh and order was correct. Kudos and great job Quentin. I'll be back. I hope you get some help.

I love my friends at Arby's shallford rd the 3 managers Paul Brittany and Quentin they are very special people they go above and beyond to make your visit great they have been a blessing to my family love you guys keep up the good work see you soon oh they do need a raise lol

They have great managers and staff they always make sure your order is right. This place had managers before and they gave it a bad name the new managers are absolutely awesome ?

Service was very poor, I brought 2 sandwiches . I opened the bag while I was in my vehicle and both sandwiches with sloppy made, bun pressed down with fingers indentions. The lobby was empty but I didn't appreciate having a balled up sandwich to eat for lunch, I should've just given back and ask for refund, but I let go. That will not happen again. Total was of my money and time.

One star because never got to order there were only three people working and they were just taking care of the drive through window and ignoring the 10 people in like...would not suggest going there if you in a hurry or hungry for that matter.
