This is a good, solid Arby's! I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, the gentlemen on the speaker was very nice and immediately had me pull around. My food was already ready and he handed it me in a sealed up bag with my receipt and straw attached to it as well. Again, the guy was very nice.
I got the new turkey gobbler sandwich and honestly it was pretty good! I think it was just a touch on the smaller side and maybe missing something (Firehouse offers a gravy with their Thanksgiving sub, maybe that would be good), especially when considering the price which seemed just a tad high. My potato cakes were hot, fresh, and crispy. I did also get the new apple pie shake (which affected my price), but let me just tell you - that shake IS THE TRUTH! The perfect, delectable blend of creamy, apple-y, cinnamon-y goodness all partying together in a frozen treat. I highly recommend the shake.
All in all - good food (with a GREAT SHAKE), quick and friendly service, decent value, this worked great for lunch.

First of all I tried NOT to post a review, but I had to after the latest episode. I went to the drive thru after 9 pm and ordered a Reuben combo, strawberry lemonade light ice. When I arrived at my destination only a few minutes away. The curly fries were cold. The sandwich had a thin layer of sauerkraut light dressing and thin layer of meat, the bread was hard around the ends, seemed like it had been in the microwave or toaster oven or something. I was highly disappointed because I used to eat at Arby’s all the time and always received great hot food. I contacted the store manager and explained and he (Paul) was very nice and stated that he would replace my meal. I went back the next day around 9 pm and I ordered the cheesesteak combo curly fries and strawberry lemonade light ice. I drove off, arrived at my destination only to have cold fries again but the sandwich was piping hot and sloppy, it seemed as if I had Rotel dip on bread, it was very cheesy nasty and runny it looked nothing like the picture. I’m convinced that it is the cook because why did I get cold fries again? You should cook the fries last. I appreciate the replacement meal but to be totally honest, it was worse than the original meal. They both were bad and that is very disappointing. Please get a new cook or show them how to prepare the food correctly. I love Arby’s. Maybe they forgot there slogan, WE HAVE THE MEATS, because it was very little on both sandwiches… Please get it right! Shallowford Road Location.

This review reflects how poorly Manager Paul handled a simple mistake. Manager on duty was Paul. When I called to speak to him about missing food and wrong food in our order he only offered to replace it after an awkward silence. No Apology. No Accountability. Terrible communication skills Paul hung up the phone when I spoke to him about quality customer service.
