About 15 days ago I placed an order online at 10:05am, when I got there the attendant was rude, said she had no order and that if I wanted it I would have to wait 15 minutes (we are talking about “fast food”) today I ordered a snack with cheddar and as you can see in the photo, there was no cheddar!

So… I have been at this location several times and every time I come in here the assistant manager is arguing and yelling at employees. This is a consistent thing that makes the entire dining experience uncomfortable.Today they were arguing about cleaning a slicer. Yelling and screaming at each other because Laura says to clean it and the staff says they aren’t going to. I literally don’t know any of these people, why do I know about the meat slicer drama.Also, clean the thing. That’s just gross

The lady who works in the drive through at the lunch hour yells into the mic and is very rude. I’ve been there multiple times and always have an issue with this lady. I placed a mobile order and she was rude and replied it wasn’t ready & I had to come in. I drove around and then went through the drive through again and it still wasn’t ready and she rudely insisted I come in. When I went inside no one acknowledged me for about 3 mins and then she walked over and LO AND BEHOLD. My food had been sitting there the whole time and now it was cold. No apologies or anything.

I stopped by Arby's on Shallowford Rd, Tuesday night, 12/12/24. I ordered two of the 2 for 7 roast beef sandwiches, and two curley fries. I waited at the drive through window, for at least 25 minutes, on my order. It appeared there was only one person working, making drinks , going in back to cook and prepare. Finally I received what I thought to be my order. I drove home, about 5 minutes away, to sit at my table and eat. Upon opening the bags, I realized this wasn't my order. THere were 3 orders of crinkle cut fries, 2 orders of curley fries, one double roast beef, one chicken sandwich, one order of chicken nuggets, one deluxe wagu burger, and one other cheeseburger, also some cheese bites. Everything was cold, and not what I ordered. I went to Arby's for roast beef, not burgers, chicken sandwiches, regular fries or nuggets. I was very disappointed, too missed to drive ba k up there, and too hungry to not eat someone else's order. Being that I received someone else's order, Someone else received the wrong order too. This order was made at approximately 8:54 pm. Didn't save my receipt. I just wanted to let someone know, as you need to hire more help. If a manager was there, they need to to be reprimanded, for not helping the young lady, that was working the front, back, and the drive through. I am not interested in getting my money back, or a free meal. As I have decided to not return to this Arby's again. If your store is struggling in sales, This should give you some areas to shore up. Otherwise we'll have another empty restaurant building in Chattanooga.Thanks for the experience, as it will be a lasting one.

Went for a "Regular" ? chkn sandwhich. SURPRISED by a pd 4 lunch from the car in front!!! Thank you sooo much!Parking: A challenge to get out of parking lot. Patience required. Busy Road!!!
What I wouldn't do to eat at Arby's after midnight, my go to is a French dip, oh by the way the pandemic is over with, can you guys start serving food again after midnight, I speak for 3,000People who gets off work late in the evening, and yet you close at 10pm, just a friendly reminder the pandemic is over with, go back to your regular hours.....
The food is fine but I didn’t like how my roast beef sandwich barely had any roast beef. Also my drink was almost all ice. This is the second time that this has happened to me.

As the only people in the drive through, we talked to three different attendants, then when we ordered two kids meals and fries we were told to park to wait for food. 15 mins later we don’t have our food. This is at 5:30 in the evening, so it’s not like it’s a dead hour. What’s the point of drive through if you can’t get your food quickly?

I wanted to bring to your attention your Shallowford road location desperately needs more crew members.. There were only two employees include a manager. The lone regular crew member did not care who heard her scream and used profanity excessively. Is there any way your company could send in extra help?
