We picked around because we were there. I wish we walked out when we arrived. The service from the waitress and host was fine. The food was questionably warmed. Most of it was terrible. The ice cream scoops were sitting in less than an inch of cold filthy ice cream water. Awful experience. Please don’t go.

These are literally the most rude people I’ve ever encountered in the food service industry. I placed a pick up order online. When I walked in, no one greeted me. About four employees made eye contact with me and walked right past me. I tried to get the attention of one employee and told her I was here to pick up my order. She waved her hands at me and kept on sweeping. I was literally standing at the front of the store for a good 10 minutes just waiting until someone finally decided to acknowledge me and give me my food. I’d also like to add this was on Christmas Eve and there were hardly a customers in the restaurant. I will NEVER spend my money in this establishment ever again.

It’s funny how everyone rates forbidden city to be the best. But this place is absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in the way they make their food and the lady upfront is really kind. Went here for Sunday afternoon everything was piping hot. I have to say I’m impressed.

This is hands down the best Chinese buffet in Chattanooga. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the food is consistently good every time we visit. The selection is great — from classic Chinese dishes to fresh sushi and a made-to-order grill. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned.
