I took my family out for my son’s birthday, and while our server was pleasant, the overall experience was disappointing. The food quality was below average—our sandwiches tasted microwaved, and the pasta had an unpleasant, pasty texture. Cajun chicken was over-seasoned and too salty (and I LOVE salt). My wife ordered a second glass of wine well before we finished eating, yet it didn’t arrive until just a few minutes before we left. The server apologized, but by then it was pointless.
The restaurant’s lighting is extremely poor; servers were using their cell phone flashlights to vacuum, and I had to step under a ceiling light in another area just to read the bill. We even wondered whether the restaurant was open when we pulled into the parking lot. While we were still eating, staff were cleaning the floor directly behind my chair with a manual carpet sweeper, which was disruptive. Good points is the mac-n-cheese was decent and the chocolate desert cake was good.
To top it off, I accidentally left a 40% tip. When I called to ask if it could be adjusted, I was told nothing could be done because it was not their error and the charge had already been processed—despite the fact that refunds are issued for credit card transactions all the time. I even asked hypothetically about a $5,000 mistaken tip, and the representative still insisted they wouldn’t correct it.

We were wanting to try this place out and finally did today. Wifey got the chicken fingers with the thick cut homemade potato chips and I got the thunder burger with pimento cheese, tobacco onions (fried onion straws) and pickled jalapeno peppers. We both got the tomato bisque as the side which was amazing! We really enjoyed our food and will definitely be back but I may get the burger with grilled onions next time or try the ribeye! Service was great - our server Jill was on point!

Went here Thursday sat in bar with Doug the bartender he was busy but acknowledged us and got to us quickly. Then there was some host with fantastic voice that played a fun trivia game with prizes. I had a craving for a burger and wow it did not disappoint!! So much flavor wish it came with lettuce tomato and onion. I’ll not to ask next time . The Mac was boring not very cheesy just tasted like dry noodle but Doug replaced quickly , the pizza on some sort of flat bread with chicken and jalps was delicious as appetizer although it could have easily been a meal. My husband got some steak tips with asparagus and mash taters . Everything was delicious service from Doug was outstanding.

Service started off ok then when the food arrived it was ice cold. The server took the food back to the kitchen and you could hear the microwaves going off. When we asked the server about it she said let me go ask the kitchen. About 15 minutes later the manager finally comes to the table and asks if we want the food recooked. I said that should already been happening. She looked at like I was crazy. We were there almost an hour and still had not received our food and so we left. The manager didn't even acknowledge it. Never have I received such poor service. Will definitely not be returning to Aubreys. In the 45 years I spent in the restaurant industry I have never had such poor quality and service especially when the restaurant was not very busy at the time.

Me and my boyfriend went here for our 3rd year anniversary for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! We got the rattlesnake pasta, best pasta I’ve ever had, and the hickory chicken with amazing baked potato soup! Our server (I think her name was Shelby) was so sweet, personable, and attentive without hovering and was absolutely amazing! Will be coming back
