Auntie Anne's is a great snack option when walking around the mall. I just love the smell of the pretzel's while they are cooking. I especially love the pretzel dogs....a great frank wrapped in pretzel dough....oh yeah!!!

Placed an online order for mini pretzel dog bucket an hour and a half before they closed, paid no issues. Went to go pick it up 20min later, drive all the way there park and go into the mall. Ask for my pickup and worker responding with “I’m not making your order, I threw all my dough out already.” He makes no effort for a solution just an excuse and sits there. i then proceeded to ask for a receipt after a minute of him mumbling about if I ordered it 5 minutes before I’d have it.

Food Is never fresh, this particular cashier had the worst attitude and apparently they can't take rewards from their own app at the store because "it's a franchise"? Yet I used it on a mobile order with no issues. Unreal.
Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. I love the frozen drinks.

For some reason I can’t post the pic but I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came here weeks ago and the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way. I can’t remember the last time I came here and had a good experience it’s always a negative one.

Food cold employee didn’t want to dirty up the warmer so didn’t use it pretzels were just sitting in the mesh container on the counter including pretzel dogs was told 8min on a fresh one 20 minutes later no joke 20 minutes

Pretzels were hard as a rock, didn't even get what I ordered, and the girl running the stand was more busy talking with the boys surrounding the stand than actually doing her job. Had to throw everything away because it was nasty. Wont buy again.
