We came 30 minutes before close and they said they can’t accept my $50 bill we went to get change and came back and she said it’s 15 minutes before close we already turned our cash in you will have to pay with card. Ashlyn was very rude to us. Jaylin was very kind and offered to give us our ice water and lemonade since it was already made in the cup and Ashlyn made him throw it in the garbage instead being we came “15 minutes before close. “

Online shows a free pretzel on your birthday. I went to get my pretzel but the app wouldn't work. The guy told me to walk around and try back when it was working. I offered to show my license to prove it was my birthday but he said without the app he couldn't help me

I walked up to the register and asked if I could get a Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel please. They didn't even speak. The pretzel was so hard you couldn't even chew it. This was about 3:45p. This place definitely needs management/owners to care more about their establishment. Google says it's temporarily closed but it's open.
