Brisket that is cooked perfectly without excessive greasiness and tender good.
Tried the smoke bologna and that stuff is good too!
The collard greens are excellent with a hint of heat.
The Mac n’ Cheese is incredible too.
This was a great meal at a good price. We will come back when we are in town.

This was the first place I ate when arriving in Chattanooga, and I happily left feeling like a stuffed turkey. Lol. They know BBQ for sure. Staff was very friendly and full of good vibes and spirit. This will be a favorite of my stops in town.

ordered pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket for take out. all phenomenal - the sauces pair perfectly with the meats. the sides ordered: the mac and cheese was great, the chili had big pieces of meat in it (stellar), and baked beans perfectly done. all in all probably one of the best bbq places I’ve had in a long time.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Was looking for a local bbq while traveling in the area. We found this one and it blew me away! The staff is amazing and helpful when choosing what to order. I ordered their brisket melt and its by far the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered the Texas rib plate it was AMAZING. I believe it was the owner who came out and let us know if you order the ribs and it’s the end of the slab they throw in an extra if they can. The cornbread is perfect,the Mac and cheese was very flavorful everything was delicious. Only thing I would change is I don’t have one closer to home!!!
This place is just off the interstate and worth a visit. Small restaurant that was once a gas station, with a handful of tables inside. We had ribs and brisket. The brisket was Texas style. Not as much flavor as some I've had and a little dry, but still good. Same with the ribs. Beans and collard greens were pretty good.
The service was great. Very friendly. And the price was reasonable.

First time visiting Chattanooga and decided to stop here, and we were happy we did!!! DELICIOUS FOOD and AMAZING STAFF!! Megan was an absolute DOLL!!! She made the experience A-1! We were pleasantly surprised with the live entertainment during our visit! It was awesome! Good family fun and DELICIOUS SOUTHERN BBQ!!

The loaded Baked Potato with Burnt Ends, OMG!!! Service is over the top, the menu off the charts and the atmosphere gives me the feel that this is where BBQ was created.
Just left Barque BB & it was delicious. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. We are from Baton Rouge Louisiana & the owner saw our license plate and came and talk to us since he was born in Baton Rouge. We had the pull pork & brisket sandwiches with potato salad& baked beans-delicious!l Warm & friendly atmosphere . Phillip & Tootie B
Blown away by this place. The staff couldn't be more friendly, the atmosphere is special, the food is absolutely the best in it's class. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is seasoned. I couldn't believe I haven't heard about this place, I found it on Google. You will want to try everything on the menu as soon as you get a taste. All the pictures you see of the food are exactly what you get. I'm the South winning Best BBQ is tough, this is the only place I've been that deserves every last letter in BEST BBQ. Your loss if you fail to come here
The only thing better than the fantastic service, was the food. The ribs were just the right kind of tender, perfect for my taste. The burnt ends were solid. In the past, I have not been a huge brisket fan. This place has forever changed my view of brisket. Sweet Jesus, that brisket was one of the best things I have ever eaten. When you eat here, make sure to add this heavenly brisket to your plate. The collared greens were also out of this world.
