Pooooor custom service. Employees would not even speak or acknowledge that we were standing there for 10 minutes and the only customers in the store. Too many other options near there with friendly employees. I’m guessing that they are under new management because our service has been steadily declining lately.

LIKE AN OLD BOYFRIEND THATS COME BACK TO CLAIM YOUR HEART... I HAVE FALLEN HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE AGAIN WITH BASKIN ROBBINS!! 30 years or more since my last visit, I stopped by this ice cream shop & just like the return of the hot ex.... it has come a long way indeed. Service is incredible at this location. When was the last time you were greeted with a genuine smile & not one faked while they stand with an ipad expecting a premeditated tip option?? There are plenty of employees ready to serve you, with great attitudes. Tips are once again...OPTIONAL.Their selection is top notch, it was actually difficult to make only 1 choice which says a lot, I usually "settle" on a flavor, this is choosing & its hard to choose just 1 here. The prices didnt have me clutching my chest, looking for the defibrillator case to break open. Overall phenomenal reintroduction to an establishment I had long forgotten & wasn't motivated to remember. They've earned their own plot of rea estate in this broads memory permanently. Great job old love, I have missed you !!!!

I love the products but really getting tired of kids hanging you the terminal to basically push you for a tip, for a milkshake ? DQ, McDonald’s or other fast food doesn’t so on top of paying premium price we have to tip. How about take that sign that says “tips are optional “ and tell the kids not to be asking for it. I asked for a milkshake to please make it thick and it was watery ?

Went through the drive thru and got single kid scoops x3. I was totally caught off guard because their prices for this item aren't on the menu, so I was given a "pull around for your total". When I asked the lady at the window the price again the tone immediately changed. I could feel how annoyed she was for me asking. It was 10$ for 3 single kid scoops no toppings.
