Went through the drive thru and got single kid scoops x3. I was totally caught off guard because their prices for this item aren't on the menu, so I was given a "pull around for your total". When I asked the lady at the window the price again the tone immediately changed. I could feel how annoyed she was for me asking. It was 10$ for 3 single kid scoops no toppings.

Went through the drive-thru for a 2 scoop sundae. They weren't rude or anything, but the amount of ice cream I got, regardless of it being 2 different flavors, was equivalent to 1 scoop. I'm not coming back if I can get more bang for my buck literally everywhere else.
On 10/13/2023, while on a business trip to Chattanooga, I stopped in this store on @ 2:54pm to purchase cookies for employees. The service was extremely rapid & friendly. The card readers were malfunctioning & the clerk took my card from me. She was running to both terminals, zipping the card through, finally completing the process aft 3 or 4 attempts.No problem as equipment can be temperamental.Unfortunately, when we got to our destination only 5 minutes later, we bit into the cookies & they were terribly stale. We wound up throwing them all away. That was bad enough but when I got home (I live in Nashville), I noticed that she had added a tip without ever having asked me. It is not the tip itself as I tend to always tip well, but it was her assumption with a customer's credit card & sense of entitlement of being deserving or owed. I would have probably even overlooked that if the cookies had been edible, but the entire experience has left me with a terribly stale taste of Baskin Robbins, equal to that of the cookies that we threw away.

They waste your money. For the prices, they really give you very small scoops. Either they are weak or they do not care about wasting their customers hard earned money. I suggest, you all maybe go to hwy 58 or East ridge. Otherwise, good luck at this location.
Unusually friendly and patient service and delicious sorbet in a suburban location just off I-75. For a place staffed almost entirely by teens I really can't say enough about the service and products. The only negative is the parking lot, which is tiny and appears to have been used for test-bombing by the Air Force.

We always stop here after our son has a medical appointment nearby. It's convenient, clean, friendly, and there are plenty of flavors to keep everyone happy! Hey, it's Baskin Robbins. I do sometimes wish I could get a cup of coffee.
