Where decisions are hard, but the ice cream is harder to resist. Love Potion is a tasty choice
Pulled in the drive-through at 9:54 on Dec. 3, just wanting a chocolate shake, and they shut the lights off when they saw me pull in. If you're open till 10, stay open until 10.

Sweetest girl waited on me. Great hours! Awesome customizable options. Can have them mix a banana into your shake, which is a nice alternative when smoothie shops aren’t open.
I'm all for kids (highschoolers) having jobs but they need to learn the basics of customer service. My total should be given when I order not at the window.

My friends and I walked in at 9:20. My friend witnessed the 2 teenage workers get together and say that they hate when people come in when they are “about to close”. It took 2 minutes to scoop my icecream into a cone. Don’t be rude to me and my friends as well as everyone else in line. Be grateful you have a job. Smile?

My friends and I came in around 30 minutes before closing and were immediately given nasty looks by the worker, who was wearing the nirvana shirt along with her parents who she had been sitting talking to. They mentioned how disrespectful it was for people to come in 30 min before closing and how much they hated people like that. It’s extremely rude to allow any customers to hear that and you never know what a person is going through. After taking our order she then proceeded to place the ice cream down and walk away without taking our payment or asking if we wanted anything else, we had only ordered 1 item. If that’s who want representing your company consider me no longer a customer

I ordered a warm brownie sundae but was given a frozen solid brownie. I told the guy at the register the brownie was frozen. His response was “I didn’t make it”. Lovely. His coworker came up and said “you have to ask for the brownie to be warmed”. I was confused because it’s literally called a warm brownie sundae and said as much and the kid rolled his eyes and said I’ll make you another one since it’s such a big deal. Rude. The brownie was still frozen when they gave me the second one but at the point I was too annoyed to complain again.

Got 3 regular scoops today 1.31.24 but didn'tget the 31% off discount. I told the clerk I had the 31% off in the app. They asked me to pay $9. I asked if that was with the 31% off and they said yes it was. So that means my 3 scoops are $12 without any discount?! That's $4/scoop!! I don't think I was given the discount even though I asked for it multiple times. If I DID get the discount, those prices are too high to go back again. Teach your kids percentages so they know if they are getting ripped off or not. My chocolate and peanut butter scoops tasted like chocolate, peanut butter, mint, and coconut. Not a good flavor mix if you ask me.

Continently located and great service. Lots of flavors of ice cream. Their product is delicious as always, the classic BP taste. The employee was friendly and provided great service.Good place for a quick bite.

Lillee is my favorite person at this location. She has outstanding customer service and is always pleasant. I love her!
This was a complete joke. I called wanting a cake and was told that they only had one size, so reluctantly I ordered it, but when I tried to pay for it over the phone the worker told me it was to difficult for her to do over the phone to just pay for it when I came in. This should have been my first red flag. I went into the store at my appointed time to just sit around and wait for service while one person ahead of me was being waited on while the other workers sat around in the back looking at their phones and sharing post. I know this because I got to watch and listen to them for 32min. Finally after the person in front of me was waited on and the worker waiting on them checked their phone and replied to a couple of messages it was my turn. To my amazement I found out my cake was not ready nor did they know if I paid for it or not??? I asked for the managers name and the worker gave me the name of a Island in France. I just had to laugh out loud and asked her again their name and then was told that the manager travels a lot so it would not do any good to call. This all happened 9/9/23 so please be aware if you are wanting competent customer service do not go to this store.
