What good is an ice cream shop that is always out of ice cream. This place should turn off the lights and call it quits. It’s a joke don’t waste your time.

We tried to come to this location a couple weekends ago, for the kids creatures ice cream, but it was closed, in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Tried again this afternoon, it was open, but it’s a sad little store. The toppings containers were empty, the cones and the spoon cups were, and the only napkin dispenser ran out on the person behind us. And one of the ice cream freezers was completely empty(broken maybe?). The guy working wasn’t friendly, not unfriendly, just there, I’m guessing frustrated at the mess of the store, and I don’t blame him.

2 days in a row now they’ve been closed during business hours I assume they’re closed permanently?

Same guy in previous comments forgot to make my online order for a birthday cake and then lied and said they don’t take online orders….While the TV is advertising placing orders online to pick up the same day. He was also irritated when I asked for a refund in person and even though he said they don’t receive online orders, he didn’t need to see my receipt for a refund because he magically had it on his phone. So he DID receive my order and then LIED about it and was mad when I wanted my money back. Yeah okay thanks bud.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my sisters birthday. We arrived at the pickup time just for the rude employee to tell us they don’t accept online orders and never received ours. Once we asked for a refund we offered to show the email receipt but the man had it in his phone all along! So they had our order they just didn’t feel like making it. Never got a call or email saying they couldn’t complete our order, just walked in 30 minutes before the party to find out we didn’t have a cake after all. Worst store, do not go.

This man was so rude, had two kiddos with me and was irritated when they were trying to decide what to order & on top of his bad attitude he sold us STALE cones ! Never again Lost his tip at check out .

There's a guy that works here in the afternoon who messes up the order every time. He gets irritated when you say something. I'd recommend a different one.

The service is terrible at this location. The employee just kept walking past us without acknowledging our presence. I had to say something for him to look at us and even then he looked as if we were bothering him. This is not ok.

the place was dirty, terrible service there was only one guy there and the whole time he was on his phone and he wouldn’t even acknowledge us and we had to say something a few times before he would respond and when he did he acted like we were bothering him,most the time we were there he was in the back, and they were out of like everything cup, whipped cream,ice,

Please do not post your Hours as 11:00 if that is not when you truly open. If you open at 12:00 please adjust your hours on the site for the customers to know. This is seriously unprofessional.

Baskin Robbins is a childhood favorite. I always come back for the strawberry and rainbow sherbet

Two workers and takes 20 minutes for one order! Do better
