The guy who was serving the ice cream sneezed and didn’t even cover his nose. He had the ice cream in his hand. If that wasn’t worse, he then went on to use his barehands to throw in a cherry and nuts on top. That was disgusting. At least wash your hands man. Not buying there anything again.

Only serves ice cream in a cup or a cone after 5:00pm… You have an entire hour to continue serving customers what you have to offer on the menu. The only time we get to enjoy Baskin Robbins is when we visit Chattanooga. Also, we visit your restaurant as a treat for our children after they’ve endured a long day of shopping as we are heading out as a reward. Think beyond your self and you will be successful! Take easy cuts and you won’t achieve much!

Refuse to answer their phone during business hours to handle cake order logistics, legit have yet to get in touch with them and I’ve called a million times and it rings on end. Why even try… go to another which hopefully isn’t owned by the same terrible management looking at other reviews.

I was treated so rudely at the Hamilton Place Mall location in Chattanooga, TN I had to let someone know about it. On my actual birthday, I decided to use my free scoop coupon. A young man said he could not give me a full scoop of ice cream but a kiddie size because his coupon scanner was broken. Then the lady pictured came out to tell me to go to another location. This franchise obviously just doesn't want to give a free scoop of ice cream. How ridiculous to lose a customer over their greed. Then they walked in the back leaving me standing there. Never once apologizing or saying Happy Birthday. When she saw me taking pictures for my review she snapped a picture of me then frowned at me. Wow! She must be rich because customer service means nothing to her.

I gave this a 1 because my ice cream was in a cup and edible. My daughter ordered the Bubble Tea. It was horrible. She took 1 sip and said awful. The woman working it had ear buds in and turned and walked off. I tried it. The caramel tasting with black bubbles was not mixed, was lukewarm and had fruit bubbles. We could not return as she walked away. We just threw away 6 bucks on one sip. Terrible service and terrible quality. If you don't have a product do not mix products and rip off customers. That's exactly, exactly how we feel about this store.
