I really like Be Caffeinated, but frequently have frustrations with this location. The service is often quite slow for a stand alone drive through, especially in the mornings, and I’ve been through multiple times when a written sign was on the window saying they were closed, when they were supposed to be open. The other locations of Be Caffeinated are great, I just wish this one was more reliable!

If you’re going to charge $8 for a cold brew can you at least provide straws that aren’t so flimsy that they break when you try to put them in the lid that’s so cheaply made that you have to stab the straw through with all your might? The prices aren’t reasonable for the overall quality. That’s what I’m getting at. Quality aside, $8 for a cold brew is never ok. No complaints with the employees/baristas who have ever helped me. They are kind.

Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes with only a couple cars in front of me. Ordered a medium but I’m pretty sure I got a small and the cup wasn’t even full. The prices on their menu are also higher than what’s listed on their website.

This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.

I love this place but prices are not cool. You will pay $10-12 for a frozen coffee. Which is crazy. Some people don’t make that an hour. Definitely not a daily treat kind of place.

This review is of course for Be Caffeinated, but mostly for Sandy. I go to this coffee shop a couple times a week and the deep sigh of relief I take every time Sandy opens the window with her bright smile. I have never, and mark my words, never had a coffee that wasn’t perfect from her hands. This company is sooo lucky to have her and I hope she is paid well for how hard she works. Outside of that, the coffee is always great, the line is never too long, and I never wait too long for my coffee. 10’s across the board, thank you Sandy!!

No matter the time of day when you roll through the drive through you’re greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. The staff there are so friendly and seem to really enjoy their job. They make fantastic coffee & non-coffee beverages. Let’s face it if you want a pick me up after a long day or just getting your day started then I don’t know why you’re still reading this. Go to one of their locations and get a coffee already. But they are phenomenal all around and definitely a spot I frequent. I enjoy a Chattahooligan and Looie’s latte. I have tried many of their seasonal creations and they knock those out of the park! Also, they offer amazing pastries from a local bakery which just go together with great coffee.

They have many delicious coffee and tea drinks iced or hot with dairy and non-dairy options as well as yummy seasonal beverages. Be Caffeinated also has at least one gluten-free bakery option as well as muffins, scones, cake pops and egg bites. I've enjoyed many an iced coffee or chai and a gf scone. My little pup enjoyed a pup cup too.

Friendly service! I got an iced vanilla latte extra sweet with oat milk. It was perfect in taste but could've used a little more ice. Ice was gone in 10 minutes. Will be back though ?
