This was a great experience! The four of us loved the food. It was exceptionally good and unique. Zander did a great job in suggesting what to order. Overall, it was quite a treat to go to this restaurant! Definitely recommend it.

This restaurant was a wonderful discovery for us and for our friends who live in Chattanooga and whom we were visiting. A first visit to this restaurant for all of us, and the verdict was unanimous. Fantastic food and wine and all around dining experience. My wife and I had spent some time in Portugal year before last and fell in love with the country and especially with its coastal areas and the cuisine found there. From goat cheese appetizer spreads to grilled octopus! And this little Chattanooga restaurant lived up to our expectations. And more! Best octopus I have ever had anywhere. And the fish dishes others got were terrific as well. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? Food, service and ambiance is fantastic. Zander took it to the next level as our sommelier. His pairings were chefs kiss perfect. I travel throughout the southeast and have been to many restaurants. This made my top 5 list! I won’t spoil the surprise but the hot stone method for dining was interactive and primal. 5 stars all around! The server and assistants were phenomenal even tho we had a large group of 15! They were tentative, never skipped a beat! Never an empty glass! Food was phenomenal and all came out in a timely fashion! Highly recommend!

A friend had her anniversary party here. There was 15 of us and they accommodated us perfectly. The food was perfectly seasoned, so delicious, and the service was 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back. Side note 3 of us are vegetarian and we had several options.

We came here last night for my friends birthday and it was phenomenal! Zander, house sommelier, had amazing service and explained the menu with care. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was delightful. The expresso martini was amazing!! Definitely coming back here for a date night!

We absolutely love this restaurant! Zander the sommelier was absolutely fantastic and created the most wonderful meal and wine experience. Let them guide you, but honestly everything on the menu is phenomenal. Personally we loved the goat cheese and fig, the lobster truffle pasta, the filet and the chocolate cake. Do not miss this place! They also do wine tastings and wine dinners- if you can grab a ticket, you should!

We have been dining out regularly in Chattanooga for over 30 years, and there are only 3 restaurant we go back to repeatedly. Bela Lisboa is one of them. We were so disappointed when fire damage forced them to close for several months, and thrilled to discover that they had reopened. Their food is wonderful, and beautifully prepared. Service couldn’t be better and the owner and sommelier give diners personal and friendly attention. The space is small and intimate and the decor is charming. Located on Frazier Ave., close to the Theatre Centre, it is a perfect spot for an early dinner before a show.
