Super welcoming and safe environment!
Basic ice cream at a premium price. I was surprised by our total of $23. One scoop in a cup and one scoop on a sugar cone. You clearly are paying for location and convenience.
Giovani was a huge help for our family
Such a cool vibe in here!! The playlist rocks!!! Ice cream is amazing 😍
Ben & Jerry’s in Chattanooga is amazing! Once you walk in, your nose is on a flavor trip.. and with the various cones to add flavor to your scoops, or their shakes, or even their sundaes.. everything is just how’d you imagine your favorite freezer item brand being in a store! I highly recommend y’all!
Not stroller friendly, handicapped friendly. So not inclusivein the least, poor selection.
They have tons of flavors, but not much for my daughter, who has an egg allergy. Also no kid scoops, their smallest option cost almost $10 for a single scoop.
Awesome staff
Good vibes
Friendly atmosphere and exceptional staff!! 5 stars ⭐️

Great ice cream and service
My friends and I visited this location during a busy time in the evening after a long day of walking around and dining in the city. It was extremely crowded, as their cafe is relatively small and a lot of people wanted their ice cream, but the staff was managing the crowd well, all things considered. Ice cream was decent, it’s exactly what you expect from a corporate ice cream shop, only maybe 3x the price it should be… lol
What made me write this review: let’s talk about my guy Giovanni for a second. I really wanted to try the brownie sundae, but it very clearly had nuts on it in the picture, and I have a severe allergy to all peanuts and tree nuts. I told Gio what I was looking for, *MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOMED AND UNDERSTOOD*, and went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen to ensure that my food was safe to eat. He put on gloves, changed out old equipment for brand new ones, and OPENED BRAND NEW tubs of the flavors I wanted — I’ve never seen such attention to detail! He even put my toppings on with clean disposable utensils. Whoever this guy is, he deserves much more than this meager recognition! Give that guy a raise!

Compared to other ice cream shops there are just no unique/redeeming flavors and it is extremely extremely overpriced. This would've been more okay if they had more specialty or limited flavors but charging almost ten dollars for a cone of normal ice cream should be a crime when the store sells it for cheaper and more quantity.

Business hours on google maps, as well as the linked official website, were and are still very wrong. I've fixed them here, but you need to inform someone who can manage the benjerry.com page for this location of what the actual hours are. We walked half an hour in the cold to a closed store. Business hours are important information, so one has to wonder what else you get wrong. Not eating any of that, thanks.
The Large size ice cream is ridiculously small and doesn't seem standard at all compared to any other ice cream place. However, the price was correct with the amount of ice cream given (which was very small). This is not something you can share with another person. And never get a smaller size. It's a kid's size......
Dietary restrictions: Assumed to be very high-calorie ice cream. Which also explains why their serving sizes are so so small.
