Big Bad Breakfast - Chattanooga

We had an amazing experience at Big Bad Breakfast in Chattanooga this morning! The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations.

What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was Julie. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made our morning even better.

If you’re eating at Big Bad Breakfast, do yourself a favor and ask for Julie. Her service was absolutely amazing and made a great breakfast experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

“Big Bad Breakfast in Chattanooga is hands-down my new favorite spot for breakfast (and lunch too)! Located right on Manufacturers Road, the place has such a fun, energetic vibe from the second you walk in—perfect for kicking off the day with great food and even better service.
Shoutout to the standout team members who made our visit exceptional:
• Manager Brian is incredible! He runs the front like a pro—super welcoming, attentive, and clearly cares about every guest. He checked in on us multiple times and made sure everything was spot-on.
• Makayla was our server and she was fantastic—quick, friendly, super knowledgeable about the menu, and full of positive energy. She handled everything smoothly and made us feel right at home.
• Heather behind the bar brought the best vibes! She mixed up some delicious cocktails (their bloody marys are killer) and kept the drinks flowing perfectly while chatting with everyone.
• Sasha added so much warmth and genuine smiles to the experience—her enthusiasm for the food was contagious, and she made sure our plates came out hot and exactly right.

Julie should be employee of the month, she handled a party of 14 with ease. She was pleasant answered questions, GREAT SERVICE. To the cooks, the food was great and come out fast and hot.

Love the old school breakfast feels. Food is not complicated here, and it’s been consistently satisfying for a good hearty breakfast. Hands down fav is the hash cakes, you have to try!

Perfectly average breakfast place. If the wait for Cracker Barrel is too long then maybe come here, just don’t count on them to ask if you’d like a coffee refill.

This was the BEST bacon that I've ever had 🥰 Loved the crunchy hashbrowns, so yummy 😋 sausage gravy was so good I asked for extra. Our server Matt was on the spot, friendly, and attentative.
