Big Chicken has become one of my favorite frequent spots. My typical go to meal is an order of Dunks (with Big Chicken sauce) and a large Mtn Dew. As I arrive to claim my mobile order, I’m often greeted with sweet smiles and serving hands. The atmosphere is incredible, as I often use this place to study my Bible on my lunch break. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re making a Big Mistake!

Nasty. I’ve tried it at each location now. Tried it at this location most recently and everything was nasty. The classic chicken sandwich was bland and didn’t seem fresh considering, I was waiting. Tried the wings for the first time and they were undercooked and were extremely chewy and bland. The bbq on the wings taste store bought. Didn’t even try to make it their own and the lemon pepper didn’t have lemon or pepper. The fries should be the easiest thing to make, but that was bland also and a few minutes extra in the fryer and they would’ve probably been decent. I’m done.

Very friendly atmosphere and staff. The food was better than expected. I especially recommend the dirty fries. The resturaunt itself was very clean as well. The bathrooms too some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Definitely coming here again.

Great concept, conveniently located near all the downtown Chattanooga attractions. Word on the street is that the wings are worth the price of admission?Family friendly, plus wonderful hospitality with a bar featuring local beers, Happy Hour daily from 4-8 with 1/2 price draft and cans, and sports playing on two TV’s.
