Blackstone Grille

This restaurant was quite busy when we arrived with multiple Christmas parties but despite all of that we were seating within 5 minutes of arriving. Our server Shawn was wonderful and very attentive. We had the brisket flatbread as an appetizer and my teenager tried to devour it singlehandedly. Needess to say he loved it! My steak salad was pretty good though the steak was more well done whereas I asked for medium. We think it's worth checking out if you nearby.

SHANA helped me today when I got off work. I’m not from this city so she did a great job making the environment very comfortable for me. Food was 5 stars service was 5 stars. She is very sweet and kind.

We ate at the bar at Blackstone Cavern and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lil, who is truly a standout bartender and a definite asset to this business. From start to finish, Lil was attentive, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was top-notch without ever feeling rushed, and the cocktail recommendations hit the spot perfectly.
The food was just as impressive. We ordered the chicken wings—Parmesan garlic and Cajun dry rub—and they were outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get them double baked. Add in their homemade blue cheese, which is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and you’ve got a must-order dish. The Mediterranean flatbread was also excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done.
Between the amazing food, spot-on cocktails, and exceptional service from Lil, this was an all-around fantastic experience. During our next trip to Lookout Mountain, we will definitely be back!

Great all around eatery!
Waitress was amazing, as was the bartender/host.
The chicken south west egg rolls were divine
Fresh cut fries… outstanding burger great, shaved prime rib onion, peppers and provolone sandwich with au-jois superb
Fish and chips were nicely crunchy and fresh

First time eating in Chattanooga and wow did they set the bar high!! The food was amazing, and very nice staff. We'll definitely be coming back, I already miss that sirloin burger!

I ordered tha Black and Blue salad with no spices on the 6 oz sirloin. Cooked medium. It was perfect and chewable. The salad was full of lightly cooked vegetables , lots of cheese and blackened onions. I could not eat it all. Spouse ordered the pork chop and I ate a bite. Perfectly cooked. He enjoyed the Brussel sprouts and rice pilaf so much he ate everything. I have never seen him cut his meat as close to bone as he did. We enjoyed an old fashion that was very good. With a great piece of orange peel and cherry and he had a glass of Pinot Grigio . Topped off with a carrot cake that was not really a spice cake; it was really a carrot cake. My only complaint was the bowl of salad rocked when cutting my steak. Put on a flatter surface or bowl. And thanks for the steak knife to cut the sirloin!

The salmon was so incredible!! And our waitress, Robin, was very friendly and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable! Recommend!
