We had a party at this place the other night. It was a great environment and the food was wonderful. The staff was also great.

This place has the potential of being very good. Food was not bad. Service was good. But the atmosphere of no lights in the lobby or hallway towards restrooms was a little creepy. The dim lights in serving area was quite nice . Overall I would give them another try.

We had a small group visit for a dinner outing. Our overall experience was limited by them not being allowed to serve alcohol while we were there, and a key dessert item not being available. Our server Becca was amazing and left a favorable experience though the food & beverage items were not meeting expectations. The atmosphere is beautiful, old time brick and timber. A few items for attention: about half the string lights in the ceiling are burned out or missing. Same for restroom lighting, of 4 bulbs, 1 missing and 1 burned out. Also, the sink in the men's restroom was ripped off the wall and hanging by a bent peice of metal. For the meal I had the Cappellini Pomodoro (spaghetti) and tried the spicy sauce option. The spicy was a gradual slight heat that I enjoyed.

This is one of my favorite date night restaurants in Chattanooga. The atmosphere is perfect, parking is easy, the people are delightful and the food is delicious!

I really enjoyed the location. We entered around 6:30 on a Friday night. They were able to accommodate us without a reservation. I was taking aback that they were out of lasagna already. I would figure that is an item you would want to have on hand, especially for a Friday night rush. Alternatively, my wife chose the ravioli. You could certainly tell it was house made. It was delicious and it was with spinach and cheese.

The downside here was my $20 lemon chicken piccata. It was very underwhelming. Every chicken piccata dish I have had at an Italian restaurant is made with pan fried chicken typically coated in a layer of flour. This was made with grilled chicken. I have never seen this dish made with grilled chicken. I'd expect this from a roadside diner but not an Italian restaurant. To top that the lemon sauce was the consistency of water.

We finished the meal with the chocolate tort and that was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed my Pinot noir as well. I am leaving at four stars because I cannot in good faith leave anything below that to a local small business.

My recommendation would be to seek out more advice on how to execute a traditional lemon chicken piccata. That or retrain your staff not to serve it with grilled chicken just because it is more convenient to cook than pan frying chicken during a Friday night rush.

It was decent Italian. Small menu, small interior. Pasta is fresh which is great, but the time I went it was a little over cooked. Sauce is decently seasoned. Overall a mid Italian spot for Chattanooga, a little pricy for what you get.

Our group showed up with 11 people instead of 6. We had a reservation and the staff was very accommodating. They got us a table right away with no fuss. I was impressed.
