The absolute rudest people work at the 58 store and lazy ! I waited for more than 30 mins on Friday the 17th for two grilled chicken bowls and they weren’t even that busy ! After 25 mins I went inside to check on my order where it was clear I had been forgotten and the crew was busy laughing and playing ! I waited an additional 15 mins. Then finally got the worst bowls ever ! I will never ever go to that bojangles again !

We have been there twice. The first time, they forgot to put our borounds. We went inside and and the manager was hateful and wanted to argue. She also refused to give us the corporate number.
The second time, my teenagers wanted some food from there, so we let them order. Their order was completely messed up. They had to go inside and argue with the same manager. The one time I saw her she looked high.
Bojangles is great, especially the Georgia locations. If you're on highway 58, this is one of the fastfood places to avoid.

Every single time i go to this locations they are rude , uneducated , and unprofessional. They don’t take bojangles coupon cards they say they are a franchise not corporate which doesn’t even make sense , on top of that i just went at 11:00 and they are out of biscuits ???? What bojangles doesn’t serve the main thing they sell ? The whole place needs to be shut down or under new management ASAP! I’m so tired of dealing with rude workers at this place and it seems to only be at the hwy 58 location.

Walked in to order. Waited at the counter 10 minutes and nobody even said they would be with us in a minute. They were just yapping their jaws and laughing. Not once were we’re acknowledged.

This would be a great place for a chicken restaurant. No regular chicken sandwiches, no mac and cheese (it was going to take 30 minutes to cook). Who runs out of sides in the middle of the day? It's not just this location I think it's Bojangles as a company. This is the 3rd one in different parts of the states that I have had issues with food not being available. The girl on the intercom was rude and when I got to the window to pay the guy there looked at me like I had 3 eyes. I really thought my hat covered that third one up but I guess not.
