Absolutely horrible customer service from Delwin

Okay, let's not get too excited, after all it's fast food. I had the bird dog special, these are tenders on a hot dog bun with pickle and their house sauce. First one was only so-so because the fried tender was luke warm. Second one was better because the tender was hot. The side of mac and cheese was forgettable.

Last review was about waiting forever at the drive through. Now it's just that I got a chicken biscuit that was flat, hard, and way overcooked.

On the morning of June 13. 2025, I went to Bojangles at 5:57am. When I approached the 2nd window, the person attending the window was not present, so the lady with short blonde hair, who is also a manager, came to retrieve my card. She was wearing the same gloves that she was using to prepare biscuits. I noticed this, which was very alarming because that is transferring germs from customers cards or cash to the food. After she returned my card, she proceeded to build 3 sausage biscuits. Luckily, it was not my order. Another person prepared my order and brought it to the window. It should be unacceptable to handle cash, cards, or touch the register that is used to prepare food that customers eat. That is a transfer of germs and it is unacceptable for a manager and anyone else to be cross contaminating germs. The receipt printer is visibly out of ink as the store number and much of the relevant information is not visible, making it difficult to make a formal complaint or complete the customer satisfaction survey. It appears that reinforced training is needed.

I live on the west coast and I've been eating Bojangles since I was a child growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina. And even though they don't have Bojangles in the Pacific Northwest over the past few years, a lot of my family members have been complaining about the quality of the food and the service at Bojangles. And that's a shame I find because it's actually one of the first places I go eat when I come to the South. When I entered the Bojangles there was no one up front. They were all in the back doing something so there was not a soul in sight until this one lady who was on break called everybody up and said hey... There's a customer out here. After that a young lady who appeared to be the manager came out to take my order and then she was fixing my food while she was actually on her personal cell phone unless Bojangles gives out cell phones. The chicken was good but I did notice that the leg was colder like warm and the thigh was hot so it must have just came off the grill. Not too long before I got there. The Cajun pintos were excellent. The bread was good but the dirty rice felt kind of mushy so I did not finish it. Inside the restaurant was actually super clean so I give props for that. But I did go use the bathroom on the way out cuz I want to wash my hands since I had chicken stuff on them and there was no soap in the men's bathroom. I worked at Kentucky fried Chicken growing up when I was in high school and customer service is very important and the appearance of cleanliness to the customers is very important so I hope Bojangles gets back to that.

Not to my liking. I'll just eat at home. And to be honest, I think the staff would prefer that too.

Just ordered 2 fries. It was evening, so only one person infront of me and non inside. Had to wait 15 minutes for the fries. Finally I went inside to see what was up, the fries were just sitting there. When I asked for them I got attitude and then when I finally got them, they were almost unseasoned, and I didn't even get a full large as I had ordered. They even forgot my honey mustard, which I had to ask for. I know bojangles can be good, but this was just bad! Never coming back to yall. I rather go to Ooltewah, cause they are awesome!

It takes forever to get food. I pulled in the drive through and ordered two buscuits. No one else in line. They asked me to pull up and I waited over 8 minutes for two biscuits. Will not go back.

Hate hate hate this Bojangles food always old especially the fries I just left today and asked for fresh fries I got old cold fries . I went back in and asked for fresh ones the manager said sure . They gave me fries that were already cooked and that they refried again so now they were burnt to the point that I cannot eat them I have braces also the dirty rice was old and over cooked it was the same consistency as the mashed potatoes instead of going back and asking for fresh fries a third time I’m leaving this review and calling corporate.this is everytime I come here

The sweetest people work here! I stopped in before work for their strawberry cobbler to help my mood. But the people here smiling and obviously enjoying their work family put a smile on my face way before the cobbler entered my system! Keep up the good work!
