Order a 2 piece dinner at 6:30 in the afternoon. The chicken was fried hard and cold and the biscuit was hard. I even waited in line thinking it was being freshly prepared. Food was a waste of money

Very disappointed. My beans was burnt all the biscuits in my order was hard that when I bite into one it sound like a chip and couldn’t even bite thru it rice was cold and lack flavor which confused me. I paid 3.47$ for a watermelon tea that lack sweetness and watermelon. We orderd thru the drive thru and the employees was so nice but the food was so disappointing once we got home to eat.

I stopped at this location on a roadtrip as it was close to where I was staying b/c we don't have Bojangles in CO, and I adore a bo-berry biscuit in the morning. I was helped quickly and my order was fresh when handed to me at the window. My only "complaint" really just something of note was that the speaker needs some maintenance, it is difficult to hear the person talking like bad static on a walkie talkie.

I ordered on the app. The app made it confusing weather or not the restaurant knew of my presence, because nobody would answer the phone, so I walked in to get my food. The employee was working hard to get my order filled. She was great. I'd give a one star if it wasn't for her. However, after leaving the store I began to eat what I ordered. The chicken filet biscuits were cold, the chicken and the biscuit. The Bo-rounds were also cold and bland. I waited to eat my boberry biscuits. They were the worst part of the whole experience. They were very hard and rubbery. I tried to call to let the manager know, but again, nobody answered the phone... Looks like the team here needs to pay more attention to food quality. Serv Safe certifications are required for a reason. If y'all aren't careful, someone is gonna get food poison.

40 minutes to go thru the drive thru... 15 mins to get to order, another 25 to leave... If my wife wasn't pregnant and wanting this would have left like the dozens of other. Get it together

This location SUCKS!! 730 on a tuesday morning and youre "not open yet"??? Just waited in line for almost 10 minutes, behind a line of 5 cars. Then suddenly the line started moving quickly. I get up to the speaker only to be told "were not open yet". Why would you let people sit in your drive thru line and not tell them immediately when they get to the speaker?? Why would you let a line form and wait there for 10 minutes?? And when they are open, it takes forever for someone to take a drive thru order. Its always backed up around the building. And they always get my food wrong. I'm ALWAYS charged for upsizing my combo, and EVERY time I'm handed my bag, my combo is never upsized. They always try to charge me for a large and then give me a small. I'll stick to the Burger King across the street from now on.
