It took us over 15 minutes to get our food. No one was in front of us or after us. Staff was nothing. Not rude but not attentive. It was not a good experience. Sad because the food was good.

The food is great, but service is horrendously slow and unprofessional. I placed a curbside pickup and though I was only waiting for 12 ish minutes before driving to the drive thru, (ended up waiting 15 ish in all), I did it for the purpose of saving time. 3-4 cars got through the drive thru while I was waiting. I got up there and they JUST printed out my receipt after I told them my name twice. Then they proceeded to work as slow as slugs. When they got back and handed me my food, I asked if curbside works, all they said was “no”. No apology or explanation or anything. If curbside doesn’t work, why’s it an option and why did I waste my time? And why could y’all see my receipt on your end if it doesn’t work? Normally I don’t get all worked up, but they seem to always have issues every time I come through, which isn’t often due to reasons like this.

Order a 2 piece dinner at 6:30 in the afternoon. The chicken was fried hard and cold and the biscuit was hard. I even waited in line thinking it was being freshly prepared. Food was a waste of money

Very disappointed. My beans was burnt all the biscuits in my order was hard that when I bite into one it sound like a chip and couldn’t even bite thru it rice was cold and lack flavor which confused me. I paid 3.47$ for a watermelon tea that lack sweetness and watermelon. We orderd thru the drive thru and the employees was so nice but the food was so disappointing once we got home to eat.
