The food isn't the topic today....the service is. My wife and I went to Bonefish to enjoy a beautiful evening of dining in a chill and laid back atmosphere, which Bonefish has, but we went at almost closing time and the food came out dry and not that good....and when we showed it to the manager she fixed it and we were satisfied. Her name is Morgan and she was nice and courteous and she resolved our issue promptly and professionally. Thank you Ms Morgan and Bonefish for excellent...

A few weeks ago I ordered spinach and bourbon salmon online at this location. Having patronized bonefish on numerous occasions I was looking forward to my take out dinner.

Upon arrival I called the restaurant to notify them I was at the curbside pickup #1. A member of staff told me over the phone they had ran out of Spinach and if I would like for them to swap out another option.

Spoke with the Manager Ham and he was very courteous to accommodate...

As usual, the Bang Bang shrimp and bread with dipping oil were amazing starters. Also as usual, I had a difficult time deciding on an entrée. I landed on the Pan-Asian Butterfish. I've never had this type of fish before and found it incredible...flaky, well seasoned, and not over fishy. What truly made this visit special (on top of a birthday celebration with family) was the EXCEPTIONAL service we received from Alicia. She was pleasant, attentive, and treated us like family....
