Great little hole in the wall with authentic German cuisine and lovely service. Cook/chef even came out from the kitchen to clarify a customization we requested. ❤️🇩🇪

I wasn't sure if kids were allowed but kids are. You find your own seats. My family chose to sit inside but should have sat at the patio to see Coolidge Park. Our order was immediate taken and the waitress helped me choose condiments since I wanted a brat. Food came out relatively quick and was delicious. There is a few free parking spots for customers in front.

Food is great but I’m disappointed that the last few times I’ve tried to come to they have closed their kitchen way before closing time. Why is the kitchen closed and not making food hrs before they even close … I would understand if it’s 30 mins before closing but if your kitchen is gonna be closing so early you should make that public. I come from 2 hrs away and it’s become very disappointing.

Meg gave us great recommendations and we tried a little bit of everything! She turned on the outdoor heater for us too! We walked there, had amazing food and were able to relax and talk. The food was prepared wonderfully. The drinks were mixed perfectly. The seating and atmosphere was inviting, fun, and relaxing. It is a perfect atmosphere to go with friends or alone. Great view in the daytime and fabulous walkability to the area.

This is a true hidden gem. A great variety of beers on tap & bottles plus a variety of other beverages. The giant pretzel was the best ! Soft, light, flakey. The main meal was a generous portion, high quality & made with love. We enjoyed sitting outside at sunset looking at pretty scenery & there was a nice breeze.
I highly recommend the pork schnitzel, pretzel with cheese dip & beer of course.
Staff is warm & friendly.

Pretzel, brat, limited time onion petals were great. Prices on beer were great. Wasn’t sure if I wanted the pimento cheese with my pretzel but they do a good job with it, it’s a unique recipe that’s not too difficult to dip/spread. Mustards were cool too

This was the last stop in Chattanooga as we headed back to Nashville. Highly recommended we were excited to give them a try.

Small, old school feel dining hall with a bar and some outside seating as well.

Ms. Chloe greeted us warmly and ee got down to the ordering and eating.

We got Fried Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese Bites to share, my buddy got Schnitzel Platter with Potato Salad and Spaetzle and I got a Schnitzel Sandwich with Spaetzle.

The food was killer, fresh and hot with quality ingredients and the serving sizes were good. They had a dynamite beer list as well but the whole 2 hour drive home made for no cold ones for me.

Hunter came out to make sure all was good and we BS'd for a few minutes. Good folks running a quality place.

Here's the Breakdown:

Friendly service with great food in an old school dining hall +5 stars.

100% would go back

Great spot with reasonable pricing for the area. Service is always swift and they have a great outdoor patio with ceiling fans or heaters depending on time of year.

My favorite spot for German food in the Southeast. Always a great beer selection, and even my 4 year old can find something on the menu he wants. Great place, great service, great atmosphere, great food.
