Bridgeman's Chophouse

Meh. I really wanted to like this chophouse. The atmosphere is really cool and located in a classy building. That is about as good as it gets. Our server struggled to recall the specials and often garbled his words. As for the steaks, they were undercooked and bland. No salt, no finishing butter, just meat. When reviewing the bill, I noticed they placed a “tech fee” of 2.75% to cover their cost of consumers using a credit card. The manager heard me ask the waiter about this fee and he was gracious enough to explain that corporate, located in South Carolina, was adament about adding this fee. I realize most companies bury this fee in their prices, however, Bridgeman’s carved it out for you to pay in addition to their already over priced steak. I would pass on this restaurant.

Best ever dining experience. Drinks are transcendent. Service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a date night last night and it was spectacular. We have been to Bridgeman's before and have loved it every time, but this time, our server, Derek, made it extra special. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about wines, gave great recommendations about the menu (which had changed slightly since our last visit) and was overall one of the best servers we had ever had. The food was excellent, and prepared exactly as ordered. We will definitely have more date nights at Bridgeman's!

We took our family there while we were staying at The Read House. We had impeccable service, outstanding food & a gorgeous atmosphere! I especially loved their smoked Old Fashion & the sea bass entree!

Eugene was our server for our first time at Bridgeman's Chophouse and was absolutely great. He explained the menu very well and recommended the garlic butter addition for the ribeye, which was a great compliment to the steak. The french onion soup and the dessert were also fantastic. We really enjoyed our experience here and will definitely visit again.

It was loud, but that was because it was busy. My wife and I split the 16 ounce ribeye cooked to perfection and also the sides but when it came to the dessert, we got one each and it was delicious

The whole place is amazing!!! Staff was very friendly and informative, good and drinks were great! First time there and had a great time.

My first experience with Bridgeman’s Chophouse was excellent. Not only was our server Eugene D wonderful and very helpful with our discussion, but the food was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend!
