We came all the way from Georgia to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday in Chattanooga, and this place did not disappoint! The service was amazing from start to finish. The ribeye steak was incredibly juicy and full of flavor, and my boyfriend’s dry-aged ribeye with the mushroom Diane… ooooo my goodness, absolutely delicious! The lobster bisque was also super yummy. The crème brûlée is a must try!
Our server, Byron, was hilarious, attentive, and honestly made our whole experience even better.
The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and upscale. We definitely recommend this place and will for sure be back!

Absolutely Phenomenal. The chefs must have a personal vendetta against blandness. The whole experience - exquisite. It’s one place where you wouldn’t complain about your steak being too juicy or your lobster too buttery. Great service, beautiful spot, and amazing cocktails.

William was also great and conversed with us. You really feel at home at this place. I will be celebrating future endeavors here from now on. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I had the best time together celebrating our 5th anniversary at Chophouse. Our server Eugene was THE BEST! He was so friendly, made us laugh, and even provided a great wine recommendation for my wife.
My absolute favorite thing about Eugene was the way he communicated with us. For example, he would say something like, “Absolutely no rush, but whenever you’re ready you can fold your menu together and place it by the side of your table and I’ll know to come right over to take your order.” This made the dining experience so much better because I never had to wonder how to get Eugene's attention, he was always one step ahead.
The food was of course delicious; the broccolini was our favorite side dish. The pumpkin cheesecake was our favorite dessert. The steaks were cooked to perfection.
I hope you get Eugene when you go to Chophouse next!

Nice ambience. Started meal with seafood tower which was worth the shrimp and lobster tails. The oysters were fresh but on smaller side and had a bit of shell but still fresh and good tasting. The crab salad on the top was tasty meat wise but seemed to be a mayo base if that is a turn off. The star was surprisingly the lobster tail with its taste and texture. The tartar was good but again a creamy mayo base- so depending on preference. The steaks were delicious, herby, and juicy. The lobster ravioli had pieces of meat throughout well worth the price. Texture again of all of the meat was very good with a good flavor. We had sweets. Can never go wrong with crème brûlée. The staff was 10/10. Derek was patient with my niece and daughter who wanted to small talk him to death. He amused them quite a bit. He went above and beyond to humor them and answer their questions about the hotel. It was a nice experience. I would come back again. And THANK YOU- to the people who paid for our appetizers for the girls birthdays! That was very kind of you!

We had a wonderful dinner at Bridgeman’s Chophouse. Our server, Eugene, was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel special. The dry aged ribeye and center cut filet were both cooked perfectly and full of flavor, probably some of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The French onion soup and lobster bisque were also excellent, rich and well-balanced. Cocktails were made with precision and came out perfect every time.
Overall, the service and food were top-notch, and we left very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with soft low lighting that created a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Our server, Dylan, went above and beyond! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and offered spot-on recommendations that really enhanced our meal. His professionalism and personable approach made the evening memorable, and he would absolutely be the reason we return.

I really looked forward to this reservation but when we arrived and it was freezing, we should have turned around. The excuse was given that they were flooded with patrons the nights previously which overworked their air conditioner, but aren’t restaurants accustomed to having a full house? The new york strip was tough and rubbery and the brussels sprouts were soggy as if they were boiled, not at all quality for the price point. They were out of our wine choice and basically seemed like they expected low numbers on a Sunday night so why prepare anyway. It was a complete let down.

We have the special for the night which was a tomahawk ribeye for $150. It was supposed to be 30 something ounces. Was probably about a 12 to 14 oz steak. I know the bone weights a lot. But for $150 I thought we should be able to chew it. We only ate half of it because it was so tough. We really thought we'd be back because of the atmosphere. But after the food being so bad. Oh and it had set long enough that it was room temperature when we got it. So disappointing.

We were so impressed with Bridgemans Chophouse! Upscale restaurants are typically not our thing but our waiter Eric made us feel at home. He was so welcoming and kind and explained the menu thoroughly. We went all out and ordered the Tomahawk steak, Filet mignon, Lobster tail along with sides of the steak house mushroom, street corn and truffle mac and cheese!! We topped it off with the Crème Brûlée and Strawberry Crème cake. Everything we had was so amazing, thank you Eric and the staff for making our night out go so well!
