Brown Bag is amazing! This little spot is only open for lunch but it's hard to beat because their food quality is consistently delicious. Jackson and Russell are two of their outstanding employees whose friendly natures brighten my day. Their menu has a wonderful selection - I recommend their flank steak and chicken teriyaki as entrees and almost always have their banana pudding for dessert. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
We hired Brown Bag based off reviews and they were spot on! They catered a 100 person family reunion meal for us. The food was fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Everyone raved about the tenderness of the bbq chicken and the variety of fresh ingredients on the spinach salad. The salad dressing was a big hit also. Don't sleep on the mac & cheese if you have kids in your group. It was a fan favorite. I would be remiss if I didn't mention their customer service and communication. It was the best I've dealt with in years: friendly, fun, fast. Thank you Brown Bag Chattanooga! You made me look good to my picky eating family.

Was in the area and decided to try Brown Bag based on the reviews on Google. Ordered the chicken and found it very delicious and tasty, along with the sautêed veggies. What I was unimpressed with was the Jalapeño Corn Casserole. No heat and had a sharp, off-putting flavor. After two bites, I threw it into the trash.
That's fine, I decided to try the Berry Slaw. This one popped off the page and I was excited to try it. I should not have had such high expectations, because this one had a truly odd flavor. I finally decided it was almost as though it was mixed in a freshly bleached bowl that hadn't been properly dried. It picked up hints of the bleach (probably not the actual bleach) and mix that smell with the taste within the berry slaw, it was unappealing. I gave my husband a bite, who is less picky than me, and he also turned up his nose.
While I found the chicken most delicious, the side dishes were less spectacular. Tossed two side dishes into the trash based on flavor. Based on the cost spent and the food eaten, it wasn't a good financial choice for me. I have no plans to return. However, I am glad that I finally did give them a try.
Btw, the inside of the restaurant had plenty of seating to eat, plus outside seating. Clean, fairly friendly staff, and a 50/50 chance of having a delicious meal.

This place is amazing. My flank steak was delicious, tender, and fresh. For the same price you would pay at fast food, you could get a healthy spinach salad, sauteed vegetables, and flank steak. This place is worth more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Me and my husband stopped here to eat for lunch a few weeks ago. We ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes. Then, a waitress comes over and says they lost our order. We told her our order again, and asked how much longer we would have to wait. She said, "I'm not sure, because we are busy." Ooook......We had somewhere to be, so we just asked for our money back. This same waitress didn't know how to work the register machine, so she asked for help, and that guy didn't know how to work the register machine, either. However, he finally figured it out, and said that we had been refunded. We were confused that they didn't ask for our card back, but they reassured us we had been refunded. It has been 20 days, and I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone during business hours. We have still not received a refund. Definitely the worst experience possible!
