Me and my husband stopped here to eat for lunch a few weeks ago. We ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes. Then, a waitress comes over and says they lost our order. We told her our order again, and asked how much longer we would have to wait. She said, "I'm not sure, because we are busy." Ooook......We had somewhere to be, so we just asked for our money back. This same waitress didn't know how to work the register machine, so she asked for help, and that guy didn't know how to work the register machine, either. However, he finally figured it out, and said that we had been refunded. We were confused that they didn't ask for our card back, but they reassured us we had been refunded. It has been 20 days, and I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone during business hours. We have still not received a refund. Definitely the worst experience possible!

Brown Bag in Chattanooga is never busy and always delicious. Excellent healthy portions of food. The staff is friendly and quick. I don't think Chattanooga has caught on to this place just yet.

Amazing! I called last minute and needed delivery downtown. Said they could but would be a little later than I requested which was fine with me. They arrived earlier than I thought which was great! The food was delicious and perfectly set up. Way to go above & beyond expectations!!!!

It's so hard to eat healthy food fast on a road trip. I saw this pop up pretty close off the highway and was so excited to try it as we passed through. It truly exceeded my expectations, the chicken on my sandwich was so moist and flavorful! I'm obsessed, so glad we stopped and can't wait to pass through again! Fingers crossed this chain makes it up to Ohio. Free banana pudding coupon was the icing on the cake

Most discussing food I have ever tried to eat. It was brought into our office by someone. The chicken was cooked so hard,had no flavor except from the grill or whatever it was cooked on. The mashed potatoes were so full of garlic and black pepper they could not be eaten. This is not just me complaining everyone in the office was talking about it.. Total yuk!
