Bruster's Real Ice Cream

EXTREMELY inconsistent. Today my 2 scoop waffle bowl of New York cheese cake icecream was one scoop of basically vanilla with absolutely no graham cracker like it’s supposed to. The bowl was broken into tiny pieces and not sure why this was not 2 scoops like it’s supposed to be but 7$ for this was a joke. Every time it’s something different that isn’t right. Never enough graham cracker crust, way to small scoops or not the right amount of scoops. Bruster’s is my favorite but Dalton has way better deals and way better consistency.

The 2 scoop oreo was extremely small. Not enough cookies. The sundae was all bananas and nuts and literally no ice cream.

Regular ice cream is amazing. Vegan / oat milk ice cream was the worst I've had. It was so icy that the 2 scoops fell off the cone when I turned out of the parking lot. Will be back when I can have dairy again!

I got a regular cup, which they say holds 2 scoops with a lid/top. When I took the lid off, ice cream went everywhere. So don't put a lid/ top on it because when you get to where you have to go, it's going to be everywhere when you take the lid/top off. Eat it there or on your way to wherever you are going. To avoid the mess.

The ice cream is so goooood! I don’t know how you could not like it! I come here exclusively for the cookies and cream ice cream. It’s delicious. My partner loves the Sunday. Service is always great!

I have to add that the NY cheesecake ice cream with graham crackers is amazing

I've been craving the seasonal apple dumpling! They asked if I wanted it warmed or heat it myself? I chose to heat it myself. When I got home with my order, ready to dig in to the delicious dumpling, imagine my surprise when I found that the dumpling was uncooked! At a cost of $10, I am not a happy camper.

I’ve been enjoying Bruster’s for a long time & at several different locations. I’m new to Chatt and I’m curious… Has this location always charged $1 for whipped cream? The last state I lived in the sundaes and shakes always came with whip.
I enjoyed the S’mores this evening. It hit the spot

Who doesn't like ice cream ?...they have an amazing variety of flavors, and to accommodate anyone's palate (I know, big words...lol). Event hough it was crowded, service was exceptionally rapid and courteous. Staff was pleasant, and knowledgeable. Definitely would go there again. Almost forgot to mention, they do have sugar free vanilla and chocolate for those of us in the sugar watch.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered like normal as we always do. My daughter is highly allergic to dairy, egg, and peanut. I stressed to the lady with the raspy voice our allergies and to please be safe. My daughter says to me after eating about Half of her ice cream that her throat is itchy and she can’t breathe. We administered an epi pen. I called to speak with the store and the lady that took my order denied what I had said in my original order. She dodged the truth and we may be heading to the emergency room. The initial ordering situation was cloudy by the employees smart attitude that left us feeling rushed like we were some sort of nuisance. We ate here several times a month but we will never visit again after this!
