If you ever in Chattanooga this is a great spot.The food was good but for$29 for 2 people.It was excellent.You can't ask for a better deal than that.

I don't eat onions so my review won't give this place justice. They could use a makeover and bigger selection for the price. The hibachi grill was the best part.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this buffet. The food was completely cold — not just lukewarm, but cold — and I waited over an hour to see if they would refresh or update anything. Nothing was changed. Multiple customers were openly complaining at the buffet as they noticed the same thing, yet nothing was done.

On top of that, the staff made the experience even more uncomfortable. They watched every move as if I wasn’t a paying customer, staring every time I got up to get food. When it came time to pay, they hovered over me while I was trying to leave a tip and sign my receipt, making it feel like I had no privacy at all.

I went during peak hours expecting hot, fresh food and a good selection, but instead, I felt like I wasted my money. The only saving grace was the hibachi — at least I got one fresh plate out of my visit. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Great food. Amazing variety. I am a vegetarian and was very happy with the available selections. My mother loves the ice cream! The service is excellent. I have been here many times and will continue to come !

My family and I were camping near Chattanooga and wanted some Chinese food. We picked a great spot!! 💗 The food was excellent! The staff was friendly! The place was clean! Would definitely eat there again! 👍

While the food quality was acceptable, the overall dining experience was severely undermined by poor customer service. The waitstaff were excessively intrusive, preventing any real enjoyment of the meal, and their conduct was both discourteous and unprofessional. To make matters worse, as I was preparing to pay by card, a waiter directly asked if I was going to leave a tip. Such behavior is unacceptable, as gratuities are earned through exceptional service, not demanded as an obligation.

Buffet King has been our go-to restaurant for a long time. Their business has been growing steadily since the pandemic ended. But I believe they are now at a breaking point. They have a huge seating capacity to the point where the kitchen can no longer handle the demand of the patrons when almost all tables are full. Folks were waiting for items like fried chicken and teriyaki chicken for long periods of time. Shrimp crayfish and mussels were not found at the cooked seafood section. This was on a Saturday at 5:00PM. It may be better on other occasions. I applaud them on their success, but I will probably be making the longer drive to Forbidden City on Gunbarrel from now on where I will pay a few bucks more but be assured of finding the items I want. They are just as crowded but well stocked at the buffet tables.
