I arrived there at 9 p.m. December 7, 2025 and the door was locked. Noone answered ar the drive through. There was a person (maybean employee) on a telephone outside of the back of the building. Since it was dark I can only say that the hair was pulled up into a bun. I believe it was a female. There was four car sitting in the parking lot with their vehicle running so I assumed that the passengers were inside. All the lights were on, inside and outside.

Stop at the burger king this morning just miss breakfast, but me and my daughter eat lunch there , great service and I was surprised but the whoppers we bought were so fresh and hot , fries were fresh and hot, we were very glad we stop here to eat it was the best I have ever had, and I'm 59, everything was cooked perfectly and friendly service, Cheers to the staff, next time thru we will even go out of our way to eat here. 2119 E 23rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37404, thank your team for the nice fresh meal. I give this Burger King a two star only because the kid in the kitchen made me an awesome burger. It wasn't what I ordered and I don't believe its even on the menu but it was awesome. As far as the service. The night manager took my order. He seemed to have no customer service experience. There was no customer appreciation. He didn't seem to want to be there. Managers like this are a big part of the reason a have kids in the work place that I have no customer service. Have no customer appreciation and act like you the paying customer is interrupting their day by having to take your order. There were three big spills of soft drink in the dining area. Two of them look like they've been there for quite some time.Trash in the floor like I've never seen in any place of business let alone a restaurant. The entry doors look like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I could only imagine with the bathroom look like. This is become the norm everywhere you go and I encourage people to start writing reviews and let them know that this is not acceptable and stop spending money with places like this. They can't survive without the customers money.

10:32pm was told they can not take my order and only accepting doordash and online mobile orders. Website says they are open until 1am. Why can I not order food in the drive thru???

Why are you all playing with peoples money and food. We ordered a large drink and onion ring, with a fish sandwich and it was a mess. Not only did you not fill the onion rings or the drink up, you all gave us an old fish sandwich. On a holiday, with no cars in the drive thru and barely any in the parking lot, you all chose to be lazy.
