Apparently it’s against company policy nowadays to take more than one order at a time in the drive thru. Seriously, I sat in line behind 4 cars…one car ordered after 3 minutes and drove through to the window. The next car sat at the order board for no fewer than 6 minutes before getting to order and pull forward. And so on. Had a bad experience with an employee shouting at me across the room and rudely correcting me and she forgot to put the third burger and fries in the bag in the first place so no need for that outburst I want my money back that I spent on that meal or a $34 gift card for the horrible experience
